Objective: Through a questionnaire survey on the current situation of various health risk behaviors of college students in Wuhu analyzed the correlation between health risk behaviors,anxiety,depression and personality traits of college students.The purpose is to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of health risk behaviors of college students.Methods: Based on the method of stratified cluster sampling,College students were used as the research objects,and 3,000 college students were investigated anonymously.The survey mainly includes the following aspects:(1)General demographic information;(2)College students health risk behavior monitoring questionnaire;(3)Self-questionnaire investigation of SAS and SDS;(4)Self-questionnaire investigation of EPQ-RSC;(5)Internet addiction diagnosis questionnaire;(6)The Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale(MPATS).Data were entered to understand the status of risky behaviors among college students and to analyze their association with anxiety,depression and personality traits.Results:A total of 2420 subjects completed the survey.Among them,1,086 wer e male students(44.9%)and 1,334 were female students(55.1%).There were1,177 only children(48.6%)and 1,243 non-only children(51.4%).Grade distribution: 982 freshmen(40.6%),931 sophomores(38.5%),and 507 juniors and above(20.9%);Distribution of source areas: 798(32.9%)students in cities,847(35%)st udents in counties,and 778(32.1%)students in rural areas.School category: 1468 undergraduates(60.7%),952 junior college students(39.3%);Distribution of ma jors: 573(23.7%)in medicine,717(29.6%)in normal education,and 1,130(46.7%)in science and technology.Single factor analysis showed that:In terms of gender,there were more cases of male students were more likely to try smoking,drinking,smoking more days,drinking for the first time at a young age,drinking heavily,drunkenness,swimming in unsafe places,fighting,excessive intake of drinks,vomiting,and trying sexual behavior.female students were more likely to break walking rules,feel insecure going to and from school,feel lonely,have high academic pressure,eat too much dessert,skip breakfast,eat too much,take exercise to lose weight,control diet,lack of moderate intensity exercise,lack of extracurricular activities and have more mobile phone addiction(P<0.05).In terms of school type,undergraduates were more likely to smoke at a young age,first drinking at a young age,feel lonely,have high academic pressure,and skip breakfast and milk.Junior college students were more likely to try smoking,drinking,heavy drinking,drunkenness,drug use,unsafe swimming,fighting,diet control,fasting,lack of moderate exercise and extracurricular activities,mobile phone addiction and sexual experimentation.In terms of discipline,normal university students were more likely to try smoking,drinking heavily,breaking walking rules and trying sexual behaviors.Science student were more likely to smoke at a young age,fight,skip breakfast or drink milk.Medical students are more likely to suffer from insecurity,high academic pressure,diet control,hunger strike,lack of moderate intensity sports and extracurricular activities,Internet addiction,and mobile phone addiction.In terms of source of students,urban students were more likely to drink heavily,drink too much,avoid milk,control their diet,and experiment with sexual behavior.County studentsmore tried to take drugs,partial food,hunger strike.Rural students were more likely to lack extracurricular activities(P<0.05).(2)There were statistically significant differences in depression among smoking,drinking at early age,drinking heavily,drunkenness,taking drugs,using drugs,illegal walking,swim in unsafe places,go to and from school insecure,fighting,learning pressure,drink intake,do not drink milk,do not eat breakfast,Fried food intake,exercise to lose weight,diet,vomiting behavior,fast,good medicine reducing weight,lack of moderate intensity exercise and extracurricular sports,mobile phone addiction,Internet addiction,sex without condoms,pregnancy/pregnancy(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in anxiety among smoking,drinking,heavy drinking,swimming in unsafe places,fighting,learning pressure,skipping breakfast,vomiting,fasting,taking diet pills,Internet addiction,and pregnancy/pregnancy.(3)On the psychosomatic dimension,students who had the following behaviors scored lower:try to smoking and drinking early,heavy drinking,drinking,drug use,drug use and unsafe place for swimming,fight,beverage from eating too much,eating too much Fried food,vomiting,fast,good diet pills,Internet addiction,into having sex,early sexual behavior,don't use condoms,compulsive behavior,pregnancy/pregnancy(P<0.05).On the extroversion dimension,students who had the following behaviors scored higher: smoking at a young age,insecurity in going to and from school,loneliness,unhappiness due to academic pressure,excessive diet,fasting,good at taking diet pills,lack of moderate intensity sports and extracurricular sports,mobile phone addiction,Internet addiction,not using condoms,pregnancy/pregnancy(P<0.05).On the neurotic dimension,students who had the following behaviors scored lower:try smoking,try drinking,young first time drinking,drinking,drug use,irregularities,and insecure,fight on foot,loneliness,because of much academic pressure and not happy,beverage intake,excessive intake of Fried food,junk food,exercise to lose weight,diet,vomiting,hunger,lack of moderate intensity exercise and extracurricular sports,mobile phone addiction,Internet addiction and try sexual behavior(P<0.05).On the cover-up dimension,students who had the followingbehaviors scored higher:trying to smoke,trying to drink,drinking for the first time at a young age,drunkenness,walking violations,insecurity in school,fighting,loneliness,unhappiness due to academic pressure,excessive beverage intake,partial diet,exercise to lose weight,diet control,lack of moderate intensity sports and extracurricular sports,mobile phone addiction,Internet addiction,try sexual behavior(P<0.05).Multiple factors analysis showed that:medical students(OR=1.728,95%CI:1.219~2.450),undergraduate(OR=1.392,95%CI:1.057~1.832),depression(OR=1.519,95%CI:1.11~2.077)were risk factors for Internet addiction.Female(OR=1.228,95%CI:1.019~1.480),city(OR=1.371,95%CI:1.111~1.692)and county(OR=1.265,95%CI:1.031~1.552),undergraduate(OR=1.766,95%CI:1.468~2.125),p-dime nsion(OR=1.064,95%CI:1.017~1.114)and depression(OR=1.406,95%CI:1.156~1.709)were risk factors for healthy milk-drinking behavior.Teachers' profession al(OR=1.834,95%CI:1.428~2.356)was a risk factor for smoking behavior.Femal e(OR=2.215,95%CI:1.801~2.725),medicine(OR=1.558,95%CI:1.16~2.093),depre ssion(OR=1.309,95%CI:1.049~1.633)and E-dimension(OR=1.190,95%CI:0.913~1.551)were risk factors for extracurricular exercise.Conclusion:There are many health risk behaviors in college students,which are not optimistic,and they are closely related to anxiety,depression and personality traits.Therefore,the state,society,universities and college students themselves should attach great importance to this public health problem,carry out publicity and education on the hazards of various dangerous behaviors,and encourage college students to establish healthy diet,sports and other living habits.At the same time,we will improve the psychological counseling system in universities and the society to provide a good environment for college students to solve psychological problems and relieve psychological pressure,promote their healthy growth.
