Objective: Through the way of questionnaire survey,to obtain anhui wuhu 8 universities in status quo of health risk behaviors among college students,and analyze the related factors affecting college students’ health risk behaviors,so as to provide reference for health risk behavior prevention work.Methods: Based on the method of stratified cluster sampling,the study was conducted by a questionnaire survey of 4,585 college students in wuhu city.The survey scale consists mainly of the following parts: 1.Children’s health risk behavior monitoring questionnaire.This paper analyzes the data collected and analyzes the present situation of the unhealthy behaviors of university students in wuhu,and analyzes the relevant factors.Results:A total of 4 160 subjects completed the survey,in which 35.4% were only child and 64.6% were non-only child.The proportions of fathers who are in primary school or below,junior school,high school or technical secondary school,junior college or high vocational college and bachelor or above were 20.7%,50.0%,18.3%,5.8%,5.1%;The proportions of mothers who are in primary school or below,junior school,high school or technical secondary school,junior college or high vocational college and bachelor or above were 45.1%,36.1%,11.9%,4.1%,2.8%;The proportions of fathers who are(1)teachers,medical staff,civil servant(2)workers(3)peasants(4)freelance workers(5)others were7.7%,27.6%,27.8%,18.1%,18.7%;The proportions of mothers who are(1)teachers,medical staff,civil servant(2)workers(3)peasants(4)freelance workers(5)others were 6.1%,15.5%,34.8%,22.8%,20.8%.The proportions of whose annual family income are less than 40,000,40,000-60,000,60,000-100,000,more than 100,000 were 48.8%,28.1%,15.7%,7.5%;The proportions of the nuclear family,single-parent family,the family who has three generations under one roof,the step family were 71.9%,4.5%,20.7%,1.4%,1.5%.Among 4160 students,who try to smoke were 22.8%,who try to drink were 71.3%,who smoke everyday were 6.4%,who drink everyday were 2.1%;who break laws when walking were 77.6%,who swim in informal places were 4.5%;Among the intentional injury behaviors,students who fight were 8.6%,who have insecurity were 35.1%,who are lonely were 80.4%,who have more pressure on study were 84.6%,who always lose sleep were 75.1%,who have melancholy were 13.0%,who are willing to suicide were 7.88%,who are partiality for a particular kind of food were 38.7%,who often drink soda were 4.7%,who always eat desserts were 43.4%,who don’t eat breakfast were 5.3%,who go on a diet for losing weight were 25.58%,who take medicine to lose weight without permission were 2.28%,who are lack of exercise were 17.1%,who have video game addiction were 21.4%,who have internet addiction were 30.9%.Single factor analysis showed that:(1)only or non-only child factor had statistically significant impact on trying drinking,drinking everyday,heavy smoking,trying drinking,heavy drinking,drunkenness,taking drugs,illegal ride,studying without security,being lonely,learning pressure,sleeplessness,drinking sodas often,not drinking milk,partially eating a particular kind of food,losing weight unhealthily,lack of exercise,doing exercise(more than 30 min),doing homework(more than 2h/d)video game addiction(2)Education background of father had statistical influence on heavy smoking,taking drugs,fighting,sleeplessness,depressive mood,often drinking sodas,often eating desserts,often eating fried food,not drinking milk,partially eating a particular kind of food,losing weight,doing exercise(more than 30min),doing homework(more than 2h/d).Education background of mother had statistical influence on smoking everyday,heavy smoking,taking easy addiction drugs,illegal walking,fighting,being lonely,learning pressure,sleeplessness,suicide idea,often drinking sodas,often eating desserts,often eating fried food,not drinking milk,losing weight,doing exercise(more than 30min),doing homework(more than 2h/d).(3)Fathers’ different occupations had statistical influence on trying smoking,everyday smoking,taking easy addiction drugs,swimming in unsafe areas,fighting,being lonely,suicide idea,attempted suicide,often drinking soft drink,often eating dessert,often eating fried food,not drinking milk,losing weight,lack of physical exercise.Mothers’ different occupations had statistical influence on trying smoking,smoking a below 13 years old,everyday smoking,trying drinking,taking easy addiction drugs,swimming in unsafe areas,fighting,studying without security,depressed mood,suicide idea,attempted suicide,unhealthy diet,losing weight,lack of physical exercise,doing homework(more than 2h/d),(4)Different types of families had statistical influence on taking easy addiction drugs,attempted suicide,often drinking sodas,not eating breakfast.(5)Family incomes had statistical influence on trying smoking,everyday smoking,heavy smoking,trying drinking,campus violence,learning pressure,attempted suicide,unhealthy diet,losing weight for exercise,going on a diet,doing exercise(more than 30 min),internet addiction.In this study,46 representative college health-risk behaviors are investigated.After they are analyzed comparing with seven different family factors,we find mother’s occupation have an effect on 27 risky behaviors(p<0.05),father’s occupation and mother’s education have an effect on 22 risky behaviors(p<0.05),whether only child or not have an effect on 21 risky behaviors(p<0.05),father’s education and family income have an effect on 17 risky behaviors(p<0.05),family styles have an effect on 4 risky behaviors(p<0.05).The study find that mother’s occupation,father’s occupation,mother’s education,whether only child or not have a remarkable effect on college health-risk beheavior.Multiple factors analysis showed that only child was risk factor of smoking,drinking,lack of physical exercise;mother’s occupation was a risk factor of smoking,taking easy addiction drugs;high family income was risk factor of smoking,internet addiction;single-parent family was a risk factor of being lacking of physical exercise.Conclusion:The health-risk behaviors of college students are connected closely with family factors,and the society,college,family,students should pay high attention to it.To prevent and reduce the occurrence of health-risk behaviors,we can improve the environment of the family.Parents provide active environment,enhance emotional communication between family members,make children experience kinship and responsibility in the family.Colleges should establish the psychological counseling system,cultivate students to have a good cognitive style and personality,let them have confidence in themselves and ask for help or advice when they are in trouble.
