The Enlightment Of The "Han Jiao Yingxiong Hui" Competition On The Cultivation Of "Master Of Teaching Chinese To Speakers Of Other Languages"

As the highest-level national competition sponsored by the National Steering Committee for the Education of Master's Degrees in Chinese International Education,the Second "Chinese Language Teaching Idols" gathered more than 700 Chinese and foreign Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages from 81 universities in China.The competition was divided into five contest zones: Audition,Preliminary contest,Quarter-final and Final contest.From the wonderful team competition to the fierce individual competition,the competition lasted 90 days and fully demonstrated the stage demeanor of the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages and the infinite charm of Chinese communication.This paper,guided by talent cultivation,introduces the competition system of "Chinese Language Teaching Idols",and investigates and analyses the comprehensive qualities of the contestants such as team cooperation ability,language expression ability and teaching ability in the contest links of "Cultural Research,Non-organized Discussion,Debate Contest,A Wonderful Lesson",so as to further excavate the enlightenment of training for the “Chinese Language Teaching Idols” for Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.Based on the analysis of the performances of the contestants in the "Chinese Language Teaching Idols",we point out the problems which exist in the professional degree talents of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages,and give the corresponding solutions.There are three main problems in personnel training: First,the training mode and training system of training colleges and universities need to be improved.The characteristics and pertinence of curriculum settings need to be strengthened.And theoretical training and practical teaching need to be further integrated;Second,the concept of personnel training of college and university teachers needs to be updated,whose teaching content and methods need to be improved,and also the potential of students needs to be further evoked.Third,the level of Chinese knowledge,skills and psychological quality of the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages need to be improved.To this end,we propose the following targeted solutions: First,improve training programs and increase training efforts,optimizing curriculum settings.What is more,open multiple classes,combined with practical needs,and equal emphasis on theory and practice;Second,college and university teachers should renew teaching notions,improving teaching content and methods,fully tapping the potential of students;Third,graduate students themselves should solid Mandarin fundamental knowledge and strengthen professional skills.Keep a normal state of mind and establish a correct belief of "There is always someone who is better than us.".The purpose of this study is to provide some enlightenment for the training of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages talents by analyzing the general situation of the competition of "Chinese Language Teaching Idols" and the ability of the contestants in all aspects of the competition.Based on the perspective of the competition of "Chinese Language Teaching Idols",it analyzes the problems which exist in the training of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages and make the corresponding solutions,so as to provide some references for the development of Chinese international education and the training and cultivation of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in colleges and universities.
