Research On Habermas's Crisis Thought Of Legalization

Jurgen Habermas is one of the most outstanding critical theorists of the second generation of Frankfurt School in Germany.He is called "the greatest philosopher of contemporary Hegel and post industrial revolution".He not only devoted himself to the reconstruction of critical theory and the criticism of modernity,but also realized the "political ethics turn" of critical theory.Among them,he made a new analysis and criticism of contemporary capitalism,and tried to put forward his own solutions,concerning the reconstruction of historical materialism,the theory of late capitalism and the theory of communicative behavior.Especially in the theory of late capitalism,he discusses various crises of capitalism different from Marx and Engels,and emphasizes that the crisis of legalization of late capitalist society is a more serious crisis of capitalism.With the deepening of Habermas' s critical theory,he has also made relevant analysis and criticism on Marx's historical materialism.He believes that the contradiction between productivity and production relations,economic basis and superstructure are only a part of the process of social evolution,and should also include people's communication behavior.He has established a systematic theory of communication behavior,which serves as a framework for history Materialism to rebuild.In the middle and late 20 th century,western developed countries entered the late stage of capitalism.As state intervention and science and technology have become the characteristics of the new era,Habermas has formed a unique theory of Technological Criticism and the theory of late capitalist crisis.The thought of legalization crisis is the core content of Habermas' theory of late capitalist crisis,which affects the system integration and structural transformation of late capitalist society.This paper studies it in four parts: firstly,Max Weber's social rationality theory is the main theoretical source of legalization crisis thought.On this basis,Talcott Parsons put forward that legitimacy and social system are inseparable,forming a structural functional sociological theory different from Weber's;almond inherits Weber and Parsons,etc On the basis of ideological theory,this paper puts forward the concept of combination of legitimacy and political system,and holds that legitimacy not only exists in the political system,but also is inseparable from social culture.The continuous extension and concern of the legitimacy theory caused Habermas to discuss the comprehensive crisis of the late capitalist society,which contributed to the formation of Habermas' s thought of the crisis of legitimacy.Secondly,it analyzes the tendency of economic,political and cultural crisis in the social system and the four structural models of economy,administration,legality and class.Then,Habermas put forward a series of solutions,which include three aspects: establishing communication behavior between each other,reconstructing the public sphere of the bourgeoisie,and establishing a political society of consultative democracy.At last,the elaboration of the crisis thought of legalization and the proposal of the solution to the crisis show that Habermas has deviated from the direction of classical Marxism.Although it enriches the content of Western Marxism,it also provides a new perspective for us to study the evolution of capitalist society,and to some extent,it gives positive enlightenment to the development of socialist modernization,but it is inevitable Limitations of.The combination of Marxism and China's national conditions to guide China's socialist construction is its contemporary value.As one of the ideological forces to promote modernity,Habermas' s Thoughts on the crisis of late capitalist legalization,belonging to Western Marxism,can urge China,as a post developing country,to self correction modernity in an overcorrected attitude of self-examination.On the one hand,Habermas' s Thoughts on the crisis of late capitalist legalization are more profound in understanding the essence of contemporary capitalism Understanding classical Marxism has become one of the important theoretical resources for the study of Marxism in China;on the other hand,it can be used as an ideological weapon against capitalist monopoly and domination,providing inspiration for the design of modernity programs with Chinese characteristics.
