Tang Dynasty is a splendid Dynasty in history.At this time,culture and economy have reached the peak of the world.Landscape painting has also become an independent branch.The development of Taoism has also reached its peak in Tang Dynasty.The independent influence of Taoism on landscape painting is far-reaching.The study of the development of landscape painting cannot ignore the influence of Taoism culture on landscape painting.This paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter summarizes the development of Taoism in Tang Dynasty and its influence on landscape painting,including some famous landscape painters in Tang Dynasty who were influenced by Taoism.Based on Li sixun and Wu Daozi's landscape painting in Datong temple,the paper studies the function and Taoist significance of landscape painting in Datong temple;in the second chapter,the popular landscape composition of the early Tang Dynasty,i.e.the Que type composition,is studied as the starting point,and it is found that its composition is full of strong Taoist color from its origin to the development of Tang Dynasty;in the third chapter,the South Korea discovered in recent years is used As an example,this paper discusses the significance of the form of Que type composition in tomb murals,and the role and connotation of Taoism's "Dongtian" and "Cunsi" thoughts in tomb murals.The relationship between landscape painting and Taoism in Tang Dynasty is studied,and then the popular landscape painting patterns in Tang Dynasty are analyzed,so as to better understand the connotation and real significance of landscape painting at that time.
