Research On The Theme Of The Murals Of Tang Tombs In The Guanzhong Plain

Tomb murals of the Tang Dynasty occupied an important position in the history of the development of Chinese tomb murals,playing a connecting link between preceding and following Dynasty.It not only inherited the subjects of the previous generation,but also widely absorbed the multicultural of the cultural communication between the Tang Dynasty and other nations.TheTang Dynasty tomb murals were drawing with the unique characteristics,being the valuable physical information to research the Tang Dynasty and the image type of supplement for history.In this paper,As the main research method based on the archaeology,and art history study for ontology.In the same time,it combined with the history and other disciplines,from a different perspective,to classify subjects of the Tang Dynasty tomb murals in Guanzhong Plain of Shanxi province,to analysis and research on the layout of tomb murals,the differences between different grades of the Tang Dynasty tomb murals theme,the connection between regions,the drawing techniques and so on.The classification of tomb murals is a solid foundation for the study of tomb murals.So far,there have been many achievements in the classification of tomb murals of the Tang Dynasty.According to the different classification standards,every scholar' classification result is different,they can not cover all tomb mural themes that have been found until now.This article combined with the newly discovered materials to reclassify the Tang Dynasty tomb murals.I hope I can sort out the Tang Dynasty tomb murals fully and meticulously.In the aspect of staging,this paper starts with the shape and structure of the Tang Dynasty mural tombs to stage,by using archaeological typology methods.Combining the composition of the frescoes and the changes of the content,using the method of the art history,in which explore the characteristics in the development of the Tang Dynasty tomb murals.The differences with the previous studies are that I paid more attention to the composition of the themes of murals and the evolution of the content of the murals.The maid figure is the most of the Tang Dynasty Tomb Murals,because of its law of development reflecting the changes of the times,and related to the aesthetic style at that time,so this paper is not only considering the characteristics of the murals,painting skills and other aspects,but also referring to the changes of maid figures to analyze comprehensively,to think about the staging of the Tang Dynasty tomb murals.Through combining the evolution of the contents,the drawing techniques and the development and changes of the maid figures of the Tang Dynasty tomb murals in the Guanzhong Plain,carried out the staging of the Tang Dynasty Tomb Murals.At the same time,this paper combined the newly discovered the Tang Dynasty Tomb Murals,to study the Tang Dynasty Tomb Murals of the different grades and discuss the differences and connection among the different grades and the same grade.In the study of the layout of Tomb Murals in different areas of the same tomb,and the study of the murals theme,by considering the overall significance of the image ontology and the tomb space,combined with the contents of the Tomb Murals,the function of different space in the tombs and image context,in which carry on the deeply analysis of the symbolic significances of images in tomb murals.In addition,this article also analyzes the tomb murals of other region and countries,to discover the influence of the Tang Dynasty tomb murals in Guanzhong plain to the surrounding areas,and its communication relationship.This paper studied and explored the subject of the Tang Dynasty tomb murals with different perspectives.I hope it can well supplement and perfect the relevant field of the Tang Dynasty cultural research.
