Effect Of Epidemic Severity And Mobile Phone Use Motivation On Adolescents' Mobile Phone Addiction And Counselling Design

The causes of mobile phone addiction in adolescents are personality factors,family factors,etc.Mobile phone addiction brings sleep problems,social problems,interpersonal relationship problems,etc.,which is extremely detrimental to the development of students' mental health.Reducing the level of mobile phone addiction is conducive to improving adolescents' mental health.This study intends to investigate the impact of the severity of the epidemic on adolescents' mobile phone addiction,the mediating role of mobile phone use motivation in the relationship between the two,and the mediating effect of the duration of the epidemic on the mediator.For adolescents to explore the disease severity and its internal mechanism,the influence of the mobile phone addiction research adopts Health Commission announced on February 20,2020 the total confirmed cases of serious level,divided into smart phone addiction scale(SAS-SV),mobile phone use motivation scale,focus on the outbreak time subject to the different parts of the 1003 teens aged 12 to 18 subjects for research.SPSS25.0 and PROCESS plug-in were used for data statistics,analysis and verification of the mediation model.The results are as follows:(1)There was a significant positive correlation between the severity of the epidemic and the motivation to use mobile phones,and a significant negative correlation between the severity of the epidemic and the attention time of the epidemic.There was a significant positive correlation between mobile phone use motivation and mobile phone addiction,and a significant negative correlation between mobile phone use motivation and epidemic attention duration.The attention duration of the epidemic was negatively correlated with the severity of the epidemic and the motivation of mobile phone use.(2)The epidemic severity can be significantly predicted by mobile phone use motivation,and mobile phone use motivation plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between epidemic severity and mobile phone addiction.(3)Mobile phones use motivation in the disease severity and adolescent addiction mediation between the outbreak of the second half of the attention of the path when the long adjustment,as compared with the focus on the length of the individual,for a long time to concentrate on the outbreak of individual mobile phones use motivation in the disease severity and the mediation effect of addictive relationship stronger.Based on the above research results,the author designed a corresponding group psychological counseling program to improve the level of mobile phone addiction in adolescents,and gave suggestions for reference.
