Research On Marvel Movies From The Perspective Of Ritual Thoughts Of Communication

Since Avengers 4 released,the box office and reputation has been a double harvest,the total box office record also won the world's first film history,Marvel's ten-year-old layout of the screen also temporarily ended.Since the first Iron Man film was made in 2008,Marvel has made 23 superhero films,three of the top 10 films in the global box office are from the Marvel series,and a comic and film company that has been in place for nearly 80 years can create a cultural and commercial double miracle.The communication logic and cultural framework behind it is worth thinking about.These films in the world caused a movie boom,but also created a large number of loyal Fans,the film as an important part of the cultural field,the development of popular culture plays a great role,therefore,the success of the Marvel series of films,not only a milestone in the film industry,but also a carnival in the field of superhero culture,passed on the values of Marvel.In this paper,from the perspective of Ritual Thoughts of Communication,this paper analyzes the Marvel series of films,how a single film thr-ough the creation of symbols,the use of cross-text and other techniques to build the ceremony,and then through the interaction of the fan community to create Imagination community,and in 23 films to achieve all the plot of the link,and finally complete the process of a communication ceremony.There is no doubt that almost every film can be seen as a separate ritual,but Marvel's success,which makes this metaphorical mode of communication very good,can also have an impact on global pop culture,and ultimately achieve great success.The full text consists of three chapters.The introduction introduces the research status of Ritual Thoughts of Communication,the Marvel series of movies,the concept of Ritual Thoughts of Communication proposed by James Carey,and the practical significance of Ritual Thoughts of Communication.The concept of Ritual Thoughts of Communication has not lost the value of.research under the development of the times.The first chapter focuses on the ritual construction of Marvel films from three levels:symbol,intertext,and imaginary community.It also briefly introduces the overview of Marvel Comics and Marvel Films,so that readers can get an overv iew of Marvel.The characters and plot in the film.The second chapter analyzes the cultural achievements Marvel has achieved from the perspective of the ritual view of communication,which are the shaping and transmission of culture,the expression of shared ideology,and Recentralized communication model.The conclusion summarizes some insights from the research in this article and some inspirations for the future development of Chinese film.
