A Study Of Schubert's Reception History In Modern China(1877-1949)

At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century.China suffered great changes in many aspects after the impact of modernization.and this also accompanied the changes in music life.This article is a case study of Schubert's reception history in modern China,one of the representative figures of Western romantics.Through literature review,I strive to reproduce the historical scene of Schubert's spread in China during this period,and look forward to a glimpse of one aspect of the history of modern Chinese and Western music and cultural exchanges.This article is divided into six parts,taking time as the longitudinal axis,and discussing Schubert's acceptance of his music in four periods:Introduction.This article introduces the research significance method and research review of this article.The first chapter is the period of acceptance.In the middle and the late 19th century,starting from the changes in people's musical concepts and the actual environment of music practice at that time,the prehistory of Schubert's acceptance of music was discussed.The second chapter is the period of acceptance.From 1900 to 1927,it describes the cultural changes caused by the institutional changes in the early period of the Republic of China,as well as the Schubert's acceptance of space and geography in different strata.The third chapter is the in-depth period of acceptance.1927-1937 was the stage of the establishment of a professional music education system,discussing the status of Schubert's intensive acceptance period.The fourth chapter is the period of understanding.From 1937 to 1949,Schubert Music accepted the changes that occurred in the region and among different classes of people during the war.Conclusion.This article summarizes the characteristics of Schubert's acceptance history from three aspects:Schubert's acceptance process,content,region,and degree of acceptance.The present situation of Schubert's acceptance of music is compared with the history of acceptance in modern times.
