| The development of public cultural services is related to the promotion of national cultural soft power,the improvement of the cultural quality of the whole people,and the enhancement of national cohesion,which has become one of the key areas of attention in the academic and practical circles.The construction of public cultural services has begun to take shape,but in the process of development,there are still many problems encountered in the triple relationship structure of government,market and society.What is the current situation of public cultural services in China?What are the problems?How to develop healthily in the future?This paper takes the construction of public cultural services in W District of S City as the case study object.By systematically combing domestic and foreign literature research,using case study,observation and induction and other research methods,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of public cultural service construction in W District of S City,and finds that there are the following problems in the construction of public cultural services in W District of S City:public cultural services The platform is not complete,the structure of service subjects is not harmonious,the supply and demand of public cultural services is not balanced,and the decision-making mechanism of public cultural supervision is not perfect.The main reasons are that the basic guarantee conditions are not solid,there are differences in concepts and behaviors between governance subjects,two-way communication is blocked and evaluation system is absent.On this basis,suggestions are put forward for improvement:first,increase investment in basic guarantee conditions and keep pace with the times;second,optimize structure and enhance joint forces in governance subjects;third,build a platform to balance supply and demand The fourth is to establish a mechanism and improve standards in the regulatory decision-making system. |
