Research On Classical Prose Of Li Hua

Li Hua is known as the forerunner of the Tang Dynasty prose movement,which has a profound influence on the development of Tang Dynasty prose.The study of Li Hua's ancient prose is helpful to deepen the understanding of the development process of the Ancient Prose Movement,the characteristics of the early stage and the development of prose in Tang Dynasty.In addition,due to Li Hua's special political experience,the study of his life and his works is also helpful to grasp the lifeblood of the historical development of the whole Tang Dynasty.Therefore,this paper will analyze Li Hua and his ancient writings from the following five parts.The first chapter analyzes Li Hua's life experience.Li Hua was born in the surname of Li in Zhaojun,Shandong Province.Li in Zhaojun is famous for respecting Confucianism and respecting etiquette.This family culture has an important influence on Li Hua's character and creation.Li Hua's life experience,from becoming famous as a young man to being deposed as a middle-aged man,to returning to Chu state,also reflects the fate of the whole Tang Dynasty from prosperity to decline.The second chapter analyzes Li Hua's thought of ancient Chinese.Li Hua thought that the composition should have something to say and emphasized the function of the article.Secondly,he also attached great importance to the function of literature reflecting reality and acting on reality.In addition,Li Hua believes that an excellent article needs to have the mutual complementation of literary quality,that is,it is based on quality,but also can achieve the combination of literary quality and the transformation of literary quality.The third chapter analyzes Li Hua's methods of ancient Chinese.Li Hua's composition is based on the idea,framed by the design of the article,and supported by flexible brushwork and various rhetorical ways,which makes the article rich in artistic expression and attraction while respecting the quality.The fourth chapter analyzes Li Hua's ancient style.The style of Li Hua's articles is mainly expressed in Mianli and Yazheng.Among them,the style of writing is soft and beautiful;the style of writing is elegant and reasonable,and many of the existing articles in Li Huawen collection are characterized by such style,such as papers,notes,etc.In the conclusion part,I give a brief comment on Li Hua and his ancient prose.Because of the change of social environment,there are many contradictory features in Li Hua's character,the most typical of which is the contradiction between straightness and cowardice.In addition,while affirming that Li Hua's ancient prose made an important contribution to the further development of Tang Dynasty prose and Ancient Prose Movement,he also realized that his works still have some conservatism in thought and creation,which is the main reason why his overall evaluation in later generations is not as good as that of Yuan Jie and Han Yu.
