Cultural Revitalization And The Governance For Hollowing In Rural Areas

The strategic plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)(The rest of it is referred to The Plan)has raised the development of rural areas in the new era to a new strategic height.Through strengthening the planning guidance,we will promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations in a scientific and orderly manner,solving the new problems encountered by Chinese rural areas after 40 years of rapid development of reform and opening up,and lay a solid foundation for winning the victory of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and realizing the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Solid foundation.From the perspective of cultural rejuvenation,this paper studies the current problem of " hollowing " in rural China.,taking Chencelou Town,Huangzhou District,Huanggang City,Hubei Province((the hometown of Chen Tanqiu,a great representative of the Communist Party and one of the founders of the party)as a sample,analyzes the causes and impacts of the "hollowing out" of rural areas through questionnaires and field surveys,and studies how to solve the "hollowing out" of rural areas combination with the actual situation of Chencelou Town,so as to provide strategic regulations for Rural Revitalization Some useful explorations are made in the implementation of the plan.The introduction part mainly introduces the origin of the research,analyzes the current situation of the research related to "hollowing out" in rural areas,and briefly describes the research content,methods and significance of this topic.The first chapter mainly defines the related concepts and explains the theoretical basis related to this study,introduces the general situation of Chencelou town.The second chapter mainly analysis of the emergence and development of "hollowing out" in rural areas and the current situation of rural hollowing in Chencelou town on the basis of consulting domestic and foreign relevant literature,questionnaire survey and practical investigation:rural population hollowing,rural village hollowing,rural industry hollowing and rural culture hollowing.The third chapter is based on the understanding of "hollowing out" in Chencelou Town,analyzes the cultural decline and the emergence of "hollowing out" in Chencelou Town,mainly including the lag of rural public culture construction,the lack of material carriers of rural culture,the decline of rural education,the loss of cultural heritage subjects,the weakening of traditional rural ethics,the indifference of geographical kinship,and cultural propaganda The means degenerated and the cohesion of rural areas was lost.The fourth chapter is based on the analysis of the current situation of rural hollowing out in Chencelou town and its causes,combined with the red culture of rural characteristic resources in Chencelou Town,put forward four kinds of governance strategies:improving the quality of rural public cultural services,changing the governance concept of grass-roots organizations,leading the improvement of farmers'cultural quality,stimulating the endogenous power of rural governance;paying attention to cultural infiltration,vigorously promoting We should promote the core values of socialism,reconstruct the rural cultural identity,develop rural education,and enhance the identity and cohesion of farmers.We should open up the road of integration of culture and industrial development,strengthen the material basis of cultural revitalization,and attract the return of population.We should use cultural resources to build a beautiful countryside and realize the organic integration of rural ecological culture,so that farmers can stay.The last chapter is the conclusion part,which summarizes this paper and points out the shortcomings of this study.
