Rural Culture Inheritance Under The Background Of "Hollowing" Population

As an ancient and a large agricultural country, China has a long tradition of cultural on splendid farming civilization, even under current social situation, the traditional rural culture still has strong political, economic, social and ecological protection functions. Today, the heritage and develop of rural cultural heritage does have great practical significance.As we all know, the survival of cultural survival needs successors and heritage environment, but during the recent years, especially after we went into the21st century, China’s rapid urbanization began to empty rural effective labors, the phenomenon that we called as "hollowing" rural population has appeared. What is the impact of the rural population pattern? How can we develop rural cultural heritage under that situation? Those questions are what this paper wants to solve.Inspired by classical theory and existing research results based on the versatility of modern agriculture theoretical analysis, the author highlights the important role of cultural elements in the system of multi-functional agriculture, laid the theoretical basis for the thesis to build the analytical framework; This paper has analyzed the agriculture and rural cultural heritage and so on for the profound exposition of the origins and characteristics of the traditional rural culture, and has once again proved and emphasized the importance of rural culture in five thousand years of Chinese civilization. And meanwhile, this paper take Youyang as the evidence to and reveal the "hollowing" of rural population,which would make China’s rural cultural heritage into trouble. This paper stagnation point based on the survey of six villages in Youyang, once again reveals trouble of rural culture heritage under the "hollow " population; In fact, the confusion in the process of industrialization and urbanization in the face of cultural exclusion and heritage is not limited in China, other countries in the world have also experienced the same pain. In view of this, this paper briefly introduces the practices and experiences of the European Union and South Korea to solve the rural cultural heritage.In the conclusion part, the paper argues that the "hollowing" of rural population is due to the excessive transfer of rural labor force which caused by the resident population in rural areas; Compared to the modern culture, especially the urban culture, the traditional rural culture has a distinct vulnerability characteristics and ease of marginalization; The new rural cultural will be lack of vitality without the support of traditional culture, the modern civilization must be in line with China’s cultural characteristics; The heritage and development of rural tradition cultural, which corresponds to the direction of China’s agricultural modernization, reflects the strategic objectives of the new socialist countryside construction; This paper take the research in Youyang to carry forward the great use of rural cultural features, and it emphasized social cooperation proposal, put forward the author’s own point of view in respect of the Youyang future development.The innovation of this paper is:Firstly, the research background and perspective, The analyze of the whole paper is based on the grim reality of the ’hollowing" rural population; Secondly, the depth and ideas in the analysis.
