With the continuous development of the society,the society has put forward higher requirements on the comprehensive quality and ability of teachers.In China,due to the pressure of school entrance,teachers' workload,and the increasingly high expectations of the society,parents and schools,the pressure on teachers is correspondingly increasing.Many teachers suffer from job burnout,which seriously affects their physical and mental health and teaching quality.Teachers' occupational stress is a psychological state and some corresponding behaviors caused by some worrying things that happen to teachers when they are engaged in education and teaching due to the influence of living environment,campus working environment and other factors.It is of great practical significance to understand and analyze the causes of teachers' career pressure to improve teachers' work efficiency and education quality.Nowadays,people's high-level development is closely related to their English level.English courses have been widely offered in primary schools in China,and English teachers play a prominent role in schools.However,many surveys have found that English teachers are under more pressure than other subjects.This article through the questionnaire survey method to Suzhou XX primary school English teachers' work pressure situation launches the research,in the title,teaching age,tenure,subject,etc.Based on the analysis of the differences,explore the influencing factors,analyzes the negative impact of job stress,found that there are teachers of English constant tension anxiety,job burnout are serious,lower productivity,interpersonal tensions,the body appear sub-health status and the problems such as loss of professional happiness.This paper focuses on the analysis of the sources of English teachers' work pressure,and finds that the sources of pressure come from many aspects,and the internal and external factors work together to form a composite reaction.And articles on the occupational stress management theory as the instruction,from two aspects of external and internal vision solutions,explore the problems of English teachers work stress management,target management,environment management,performance appraisal,interpersonal relationship management targeted put forward to reduce the primary school English teachers' occupational stress of concrete management measures.
