With the advancement of new curriculum reform and popularization of education,primary school teachers' work pressure is growing,the levels of concern for primary school teacher and expectation are increasing.In recent years,psychologists pay more attention on primary school teacher and the researches are becoming rich and perfect,Study on primary school teachers' mental health in particular has become the focus of the problems.In today's social work,presser increases gradually,burnout is a big challenge for all primary school teachers and school,mental health is one of the most obvious manifestations.Teachers ' burnout occurs not only affect their mental health and work,but also affect the students ' mental health.So the study of teachers' job burnout and its influencing factors and intervention is urgent.So far,domestic study on the influencing factors of job burnout is very rich,scholars have gradually turned to internal from external causes.Many studies have shown that self-efficacy is one of the factors that influences the teachers' job burnout,but on this basis there is rarely about the intervention of job burnout.The first study cho oses 120 primary school teachers for study,on the basis of previous research,this study explores the relationship of school teachers' self-efficacy and all dimensions of burno ut,and on this basis of the first study,we intervene job burnout of 20 primary school teacher teachers by improving teachers' self-efficacy.Results show that:1.Through the questionnaire study of 120 primary school teachers,the results showed that the primary school teachers' job burnout level is general,not to extent.But there is a certain percentage on each dimension of phenomenon of teachers' burnout that has more apparent.2.Career burnout in gender exists significantly differences,the score of boys in mood failure dimension are significantly high than girls;career burnout in teachers age exists significantly differences;seniority in career burnout exists significantly differenc es,the degree of career burnout of teaches who work 6-10 years is most serious;career burnout in degree exists significantly differences,graduate degree of teachers of career burnout degree is the most serious,and degree can significantly forecast mood failure and personal achievements sense low dimension;teachers titles has no significantly differences in career burnout.The subjects of teachers who teach exist significant differences in burnout and the subjects of teachers who teach can predict emotional exhaustion dimensions;there are significantly differences in burnout whetherthe teacher is the class teacher or not,and whether the teacher is the class teacher or not can predict emotional exhaustion dimension.3.There is significantly negatively correlation between primary teacher burnout and self-e fficacy were.4.Group counseling can significantly improve the individual's sense of self-efficacy,then impair the individual's job burnout.
