Study On Career Pressure Management And Countermeasures Of English Teacher In Primary School

The problem of teachers' occupational stress is not only related to teachers' physical and mental health,but also has a great impact on education,and has gradually become a social problem.The research on teachers' occupational stress has rich experience at home and abroad,but the problem of teachers' occupational stress has not been solved effectively.most of them put forward suggestions from the macro aspects for education administrative departments,schools and social organizations,so we need to further explore the related issues of alleviating teachers' occupational stress.Teachers' professional stress is usually due to teachers' education and teaching activities,school work environment and other factors caused by a mental state and behavior of the corresponding performance.In recent years,the proportion of subhealth among primary school teachers is rising,and the problem of job burnout is becoming more and more serious,which is caused by the growth of professional pressure of primary school teachers.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze and discuss the occupational stress source of primary school teachers,to manage the occupational stress of primary school teachers,and to effectively improve the quality of teaching.This paper mainly focuses on the occupational stress management of primary school English teachers in Nanchang Jingkai district.Through the questionnaire survey,the occupational stress of primary school English teachers in Jingkai district is investigated and analyzed.This paper analyzes on the performance and influence of the occupational stress of the primary school English teachers in Jingkai district,and the sources of the occupational stress,including the educational administrative factors,the workload,the working environment,the social factors,and the student factors,etc.,and probes into the problems of the occupational stress management of the primary school English teachers in Jingkai district at present.Finally,according to the related theory of pressure source management,this paper puts forward specific occupational stress management schemes for primary school English occupational stress management,i.e.organization target management scheme,work environment management scheme,honor incentive management scheme,interpersonal relationship management scheme,etc.In order to further guarantee the implementation of the program,the corresponding measures are put forward from the aspects of organization,management,training,assessment,communication and so on.
