objective: This article aims to explore the relationship between occupational stress,coping style,job burnout and psychological capital of primary and secondary school teachers.To provide reference measures and help to improve the mental health of primary and secondary school teachers,relieve occupational stress and job burnoutMethods: Primary and middle school teachers occupational stress questionnaire,Simple Coping Style Questionnaire,MBI—ES and Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire were used to investigate 442 primary and secondary school teachers in Shenyang city.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for Common method deviation test,difference test and correlation analysis,use AMOS 21.0 building Structural Equation Model to test the mediating effect.Conclusion:(1)Occupational stress,coping style,job burnout,and psychological capital exist significant differences in gender and teaching subjects;professional stress,coping style and psychological capital exist significant differences in age;occupational stress,job burnout and psychological capital exist significant differences in teaching age;occupational stress,job burnout and psychological capital exist significant differences in teaching section(2)Occupational stress,coping style,job burnout,and psychological capital exist correlativity.(3)Psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role between occupational stress and job burnout?(4)Negative coping plays a partial intermediary role between occupational stress and job burnout...
