Social interaction is one of the important social behavior of college students.In the college psychological counseling,the author finds college students with left-behind experience have more social anxiety.Before social activities,they have anxiety about the expected situation.When they are in social activities,they attend to focus on the evaluation of others,even they avoid social activities,which has a serious impact on their daily life.Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT)is considered as a classic intervention for social anxiety,and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT)is one of the most representative therapies in Cognitive Behavior.It has been proved to have significant effects on depression and anxiety,pain management,relapsed mental patients,disease management,etc.It aims to improve the patients' psychological flexibility-the ability to contact the present moment more fully as a conscious human being,and to change or persist in behavior when doing so serves valued ends.Therefore,this paper analyzes the relationship between self-acceptance and social anxiety of college students with left-behind experience.And it further explores the intervention of college students' social anxiety with left-behind experience.Studyl analyzes the differences in self-acceptance and social anxiety of college students with different growth experiences,and the relationship between self-acceptance and social anxiety of college students with left-behind experience.In Study2,the subjects are college students with left-behind experience who have high social anxiety.They are treated with ACT to construct the psychological inflexibility model and psychological flexibility model of social anxiety college students and to explore whether ACT can reduce social anxiety by improving self-acceptance.Results:(1)There is a significant negative correlation between SA,SE,SAQ and IAS(p<0.001);Both SA and SE have a predictive effect on social anxiety,and the total variance of social anxiety can be predicted to be 37.4%.(2)In the SA dimension,the treatment effect is significant(p<0.05);In the IAS dimension,the treatment effect is significant(p<0.01);Before the intervention,the model of psychological inflexibility is divided into two parts:experiential avoidance and attachment to conceptualized self.Experiential avoidance includes control and avoidance,while attachment to conceptualized-self includes self-denial and low self-esteem.After the intervention,the model of psychological flexibility is divided into two parts:acceptance and self as context.Acceptance includes into the mental space and positive connotation.Self as context includes weakening the attachment to the conceptualized self and focusing on the present.Conclusion:Self-acceptance can predict the level of social anxiety.ACT can improve the self-acceptance and reduce the social anxiety of college students with left-behind experience.
