Research On The Nian Xiyao's Addition Of Wu-fang Yuan Yin

Wu-fang Yuan Yin is an important material for the study of modern Chinese phonetics.Through the study of the Wu-fang Yuan Yin,we can not only comb the historical clues of the development of northern dialects but also figure out the origin of Mandarin speech.Throughout the study of the Wu-fang Yuan Yin,scholars have acquired a lot of achievements in both aspects of literature and phonology.However,the supplements to the Wu-fang Yuan Yin have been out of the field of academic research for a long time.In fact,the editions of the Wu-fang Yuan Yin that have been popular from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,from China to Mongolia,South Korea,Japan,and even Western countries are not all Fan Tengfeng's original.Most of the editions circulating among the public are Nian Xiyao's supplements and Zhao Peizi's revised ones.This article selects Nian Xiyao's two supplemented editions of the Wu-fang Yuan Yin as the research object.Using the content of the supplements and changes as the entry points to explore the four aspects including the author,the changes of rhyme scheme,the changes of rhyme books,and the value and meaning of the supplements.In this way,this article aims to figure out the specific changes in Nian Xiyao's two supplements,and then have a peep into the value and impacts of Nian Xiyao's supplements.This article is mainly divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,divided into three sections:The first section introduces the origin of the topic and the research status.This section first introduces the origin of the topic and the existing quantity of each version of the Wu-fang Yuan Yin,then introduces the research status of the Wu-fang Yuan Yin,summarizes and reviews the overall results,and Try to explore the gains and losses,the situation and direction of future research.The second section introduces the research objects and research methods.Through a comprehensive and detailed study of the rhyming pictures and
