San Guo Zhi and its commented edition of Pei Songzhi are important documents in Wei and Jin Dynasties. Ce Fu Yuan Gui is an famous encyclopedia quoting lots of materials from San Guo Zhi. This paper studies the variant readings fully collected between Ce Fu Yuan Gui and San Guo Zhi including its commented edition of Pei Song zhi and researches them from the perspective of emendation.This paper consists of five chapters:In the chapter of the editions and the relationship of quotation between Ce Fu and San Guo Zhi, the paper gives a list of editions of Ce Fu Yuan Gui and San Guo Zhi firstly, and then talks about how the paper ensures the content of Ce Fu Yuan Gui from San Guo Zhi.In the chapter of the valuation of Ce Fu in emendating San Guo Zhi, this paper discusses the value of Ce Fu Yuan Gui in emendating San Guo Zhi from the the perspective of emendation.In the chapter of Ce Fu revises San Guo Zhi from the conclusion of predecessors' achievements, the paper draws a phased conclusion in the achievements that the predecessors got from the study of Ce Fu Yuan Gui and analyses the advantages and disadvantages in the process of research by phase.In the chapter of the emendating practices of Ce Fu Yuan Gui and San Guo Zhi. The papers tries to emendate San Guo Zhi using Ce Fu Yuan Gui and emendate Ce Fu Yuan Gui using San Guo Zhi and researches the causes of some variant readings.In the chapter of the taboo research in Ce Fu, the paper lists the basic taboo situations of San Guo Zhi in Ce Fu Yuan Gui and studies one of the special taboo phenomenon from from the perspective of taboo and emendation.At last, contains the appendix of the achievements list of emendating San Guo Zhi using Ce Fu before ZhaoYouwen and examples the using situation of Ce Fu Yuan Gui in HeZhuo, Dian Ben Kao Zheng, San Guo Zhi Ji Jie.The paper hopes to make a breakthrough in the following aspects:Firstly the paper tries to define the quoting relationship between the related materials in Ce Fu Yuan Gui and San Guo Zhi. Based on this, the paper revises Ce Fu Yuan Gui and San Guo Zhi in all respects.Secondly the paper reveals the value of Ce Fu Yuan Gui to the emendation of San Guo Zhi and concludes the achievements and shortcomings of predecessors in emendating San Guo Zhi using Ce Fu Yuan Gui.Thirdly this paper explores the valuation of variant readings in Ce Fu Yuan Gui quoting from San Guo Zhi which are not used by predecessors and provides reference for the text emendation of San Guo Zhi and tries to emendate Ce Fu Yuan Gui using San Guo Zhi at the same time.Fourthly the paper makes the case studies in emendation phenomenon of variant readings between Ce Fu Yuan Gui and San Guo Zhi.
