The Study On Complaining Sequences Organization In Modern Chinese

This paper takes the complaining discourse as the research object,According to the relevant theories such as conversation analysis theory,Discourse analysis theory and interaction theory,this paper has researched the sequence organization of complaining discourse presented by complaining behaviors.The sequence organization of complaining discourse includes three aspects :the composition and the sequence assembly of complaining discourse,the discourse elements and discourse patterns of complaining discourse,and the interpersonal interactions in complaining discourse.Complaining discourse is related to complaining behavior,and complaining discourse is a reflection of complaining behavior,complaining behavior itself is a complicated process,The complexity of behavior will form different composition and sequence assembly at the discourse level.There is a difference in the composition of the sequence between the mild complaining discourse and the fierce complaining discourse.The difference in the base sequence is largest,and the difference between the pre-sequence and the post sequence sequence are small.As far as sequence assembly is concerned,there can be three kinds of assembly for complaining discourse,there are "pre-sequence+base sequence","base sequence+post sequence",and "pre-sequence+base sequence+post sequence".The differences between the two types of complaining discourse assembly are shown in the tightness sequences and the occurrence of sequences.In the process of constructing discourse,the complaining subject will choose specific discourse elements and discourse patterns express his emotions,attitudes and intentions.Discourse elements of the mild complaining discourse include prosodic elements,lexical elements and grammatical elements.Discourse elements of the fierce complaining discourse is more complicated than the mild complaining discourse.The pattern of the mild complaining discourse is “(narrate background)+narrate reason”,and the pattern of fierce complaining discourse is“(narrate dissatisfaction)+narrate reason+post evaluation+(compromise response)”.There are different interpersonal interactions between the mild complaining discourse and the fierce complaining discourse in the process of discourseadvancement.The differences in the interpersonal interaction modes are reflected in the simple sequence and the sequence assembly.In terms of the simple sequence in the interpersonal interaction,the mild complaining discourse are those in which the respondent will evade,persuade,compromise after the complaining subject has complained.The fierce complaining discourse is that the respondent will justify,complain,protest after the complaining subject has complained.The interpersonal interaction in sequence assembly examines the differences in the way of“pre-sequence+base sequence”,“base sequence+ post sequence”,“pre-sequence+base sequence+post sequence”.The sequence assembly differences between the two different complaining discourse in the way of sequence assembly method,discourse progress,discourse trend.
