The Ecological Philosophy Research And Design Strategy Transformation Of Antoine Picon's Smart City

Since the concept of smart city was launched in 2008,although the development of smart city in China has made a qualitative breakthrough,there are still problems in the development Currently,the interpretation and research of smart city mainly focus on the application of technology and top-level design,which leads to the shortcomings of reflection from the perspective of humanities and social science.This paper does not adopt the current mainstream technology application perspective of smart city issue or the perspective of top-level design operability based on government governance objectives.Instead,it adopts the re-interpretation of the philosophical speculative dimension from the perspective of social science humanistic ethics.This paper attempts to critically interpret French urban scholar Antoine(Maurice Joseph Charles)Picon's book Smart City:a Spatialized Intelligence by using Pierre-Felix Guattari's philosophical perspective of triple ecology,and to study the strategic application of the triple ecological perspective.To further complete the analysis of smart city literature and theoretical reflection.Research of this paper is divided into three levels:1.Get back to Guattari's ecosophy philosophy and analyze:three ecologies is for the current society and the capitalist globalization development at this stage the important thesis,directly linked to sustainable development issues,in wisdom city construction in China based on the proposed ecological civilization construction and the requirements of sustainable development,this paper introduces Gathari's concept of triple ecological philosophy as a perspective in the field of smart city research and analyzes the dialectic of its triad;2.To interpret and analyze Picon's works:not only to elaborate the content,but also to focus dialectically on the three ecological perspectives implicit in Picon's works.3.Strategic application research:the strategic application research of the triple ecological methodology is carried out in the context of China in combination with individual practice.This paper attempts to systematically reflect on the current ethical position of value in smart cities from the perspective of contemporary ecological crisis,critically correct the development of value,and point out the possibility of practice connection.
