Research On The Construction Of Smart City From The Perspective Of Space Philosophy

In order to overcome the increasingly prominent "urban disease" and other spatial problems in the process of China's modern cities,and promote the sustainable development of urban society,a new generation of information technology,such as "Internet of things,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence",emerged as the governance means of smart cities.The emergence of smart city,on the one hand,greatly alleviates the problems of traditional cities with its "short-term and high-efficiency" technical means,on the other hand,makes the theoretical researchers of smart city increasingly fall into the malpractice of "technology determinism",shifts the focus of smart city development from "people-oriented" to "technology first",and ignores the possible negative effects of smart city construction ?In this new era,we need to use a new perspective to objectively examine the complex space style of smart city and dialectically look at the use of technology in the construction of smart city.Since the late 20 th century,with the formation of "the turn of space" in the western ideological circle,Lefebvre,Harvey,Suja and others advocated to save the "space category" to make up for the shortcomings of radical theory and critical theory in the space dimension,and shifted the traditional "space concept" to focus on the "human" and "social" issues,focusing on the realization of Space justice This "space" has become the horizon of people's objective "understanding and criticizing society".Therefore,this paper chooses "Space Philosophy" as the logic of thinking,dialectically analyzes the "smart city",a new space paradigm integrating physical space,social space and virtual space,its prominent features in construction and the space spaces such as "science and technology ethics","science and technology society" and "technology risk",which affect the harmony of space order and restrict the realization of all-round sustainable development of the city The problem in the inter dimension.At the same time,in order to promote the sustainable development of future smart cities,relevant optimization suggestions are put forward.According to the research ideas,this paper discusses the main part of the article(excluding conclusions and references)from five parts:Chapter 1 is the introduction.According to the background,purpose and significance of this research,this paper summarizes the existing literature at home and abroad based on the comprehensive use of literature research.Itexplains the research trend of space philosophy.Through the cross analysis of space philosophy and smart city,this paper points out the shortcomings of the current research,forms the basis,innovation and research focus of this research,and then summarizes the research ideas of this paper with mind map,and explains other research methods used in this paper,providing basic data for the writing of the main article content.Chapter 2 is related theories and core concepts.First of all,from the perspective of space epistemology,space value theory and space methodology,it explains the logic and rationality of choosing space philosophy as the perspective of smart city research,systematically explains the concept definition of smart city,the connotation in the perspective of space philosophy,grasps its core significance,and further provides theoretical basis for the following research on smart city.Chapter 3 is the characteristics of smart city construction in China from the perspective of space philosophy.Starting from the theory of space philosophy,this paper considers the new era features behind the physical space,social space and virtual space in the construction of smart city under the intervention of technology,so as to further grasp the essence and evolution law of smart city.Chapter 4 is the analysis of the problems and causes of smart city construction in the perspective of space philosophy.Based on the perspective of space philosophy,the author systematically reflects on the problems that restrict the formation of "Space justice" and sustainable development in the construction of smart city in the context of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and deeply analyzes the causes of the problems.Chapter 5 is the optimization suggestions of smart city construction from the perspective of space philosophy.According to the above chapters,after clarifying the problems faced by the construction of smart city from the perspective of space philosophy,the author aims at the main problems to be solved at present,from building a "poetic living" physical space,sharing a "harmonious and orderly" social space,creating a "scientific and normative" virtual space,taking into account the unity of technology construction
