The Research On The Female Images In Yuan Zaju From The Perspective Of Urban Culture

On the basis of in-depth reading and analysis of the Yuan Zaju text,this paper studies the female images in Yuan Zaju under the spatial background of urban culture.The full text includes introduction,text and conclusion.The Yuan drama covered in this article is all quoted from "All Yuan Drama"(People's Literature Publishing House,1999 edition)edited by Wang Jisi.The introduction part clarifies the reason of the topic selection,the current research situation and the significance of the research,clarifies the research ideas and methods,and defines the concept of "urban culture" involved.The first chapter analyzes the urban experience of the writers of Yuan drama,discusses the influence of the writers' urban experience on the female image of Yuan drama,and expounds the general situation of female image of Yuan drama from the perspective of urban culture.Many Yuan Zaju writers fell to the lower level of the urban society because of their official career obstruction.They mingled with the leading geisha in Goulan Washe in the city,thus having in-depth contact with the female citizens.The common experience made the writer create a series of vivid images of female citizens with sympathy and even admiration.The second chapter discusses the influence of city culture on the female image of Yuan drama.First,it analyzes the influence of urban public space on women's life.Urban houses are densely populated and the population is relatively concentrated.Urban people often gather in the streets,shops,brothels and other urban public spaces,which is also prone to conflicts,thus changing the living conditions of women.Secondly,it explores the influence of urban interpersonal relationships on women's fate.This paper explains the change of women's fate under the complicated interpersonal communication in the city from two aspects: "the victim under the complicated interpersonal communication" and "the affected person under the accidental interpersonal communication".At last,it analyzes the female's character characteristics under the influence of city culture.The diversity of urban social strata,the complexity of population composition and interpersonal communication make urban culture pay attention to practical interests.Compared with the simplicity and obedience of the rural people,the urban people can speak eloquently and dare to express their own ideas and realize their own pursuit.Therefore,the female images influenced by the city culture in Yuan Zaju show the characteristics of "vigorous and brave","advocating utility" and "trickery and trickery".The third chapter summarizes the artistic achievements of Yuan Zaju in shaping female images from the perspective of urban culture.Yuan zaju,as a stage performance art,one of its outstanding artistic characteristics is to set up and show dramatic conflicts.The limited activity space and dense population in the city make conflicts between people frequent,which provides rich creative materials for dramatists to set up dramatic conflicts.Through complex conflicts,it reveals the inevitability of the development of the characters' fate and the different character characteristics of the characters.The second is to use popular language to shape the image of women under the influence of city culture.The development of the city economy and the growth of the citizen ranks in the Yuan Dynasty made the citizen groups become the main force of the audience of Yuan drama.In order to cater to the public's preferences,Yuan Zaju writers who have more contact with the public have created the image of lady boudoir with direct language,the image of prostitute with vigorous language and the image of madam with vulgar language.These women's popular and straightforward la nguage has great interest in life and the atmosphere of the market.
