Simulation Study Of The Dynamic Mechanism Of Cultural Industry Agglomeration In Zang Qiang Yi Corridor

Located in the western region of China,the Zang,Qiang and Yi corridor and the “silk road economic belt” cross the geographic space,forming and retaining the multifeatured ethnic culture,is a regional cultural industry construction belt with an important strategic position,and has shown obvious agglomeration characteristics in recent years.In the Zang,Qiang and Yi corridor,cultural industry has been highly valued by governments at all levels and has gradually become a new growth point for the development of the corridor's ethnic culture and economy.The dynamic mechanism of cultural industry agglomeration is the way of interaction and coordination among various driving factors in the dynamic process of agglomeration.In the operation procedure of the mechanism,as the key factors affecting the development of cultural industry cluster will be different due to the evolution of the Times or regional differences,leading to the change of the dominant power of the cultural industry cluster,thus changing the operation mode of the cluster itself and the comparative advantages among the relevant clusters.To study the inner law of cultural industry agglomeration in the Zang,Qiang and Yi corridor,and to straighten out the dynamic mechanism of agglomeration,it is necessary to clarify the action mechanism and connotation relations among the dynamic factors.The cultural industry agglomeration is a complex comprehensive system.Cultural industry is closely related to other industries and radiates widely.Therefore,this paper uses system dynamics to study the dynamic mechanism of cultural industrial cluster,select the Zang,Qiang and Yi corridor as the study area,through literature analysis,system dynamics simulation,and some research methods,analyzes the Zang,Qiang and Yi corridor culture industry development present situation,the degree of agglomeration,change trend and the main problems.This paper expounds the various elements of the feedback system for the development of cultural industry in the Zang,Qiang and Yi corridor,distinguishes the three subsystems of industrial economy,industrial resource and policy environment,and selects the available variables according to the quantitative parameters to construct the system dynamics model of the clustering mechanism of cultural industry in the Zang,Qiang and Yi corridor.Simulation was carried out based on the actual statistical data of the corridor,and the leading driving mechanism of cultural industry agglomeration development was identified and judged through simulation,observation,identification and judgment,and the effect of agglomeration dynamic mechanism was predicted under five different policy simulation schemes.The results show that the cultural industry cluster is composed of three subsystems: industrial economy,industrial resource and policy environment.The variable parameters of different subsystems follow their own changing rules and drive the development of cultural industry to different degrees.In the prediction and simulation scheme,the comprehensive driving mechanism of industrial economy-industrial resource-policy environment is the optimal scheme for the clustering and development of the Zang,Qiang and Yi corridor,and the countermeasures and Suggestions for promoting the healthy development of the Zang,Qiang and Yi corridor are put forward.
