Study On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Cultural Industries Agglomeration

Nowadays, the cultural industry has become an important symbol of measuring aregional economic development level. The cultural industry develops fast in our country andits industrial value added develops faster than GDP’s. However, the cultural industry is in aprimary stage and development level is low. There are some problems, such as unreasonableindustrial institution, talents absence, insufficient funding and so on. Cluster development isone of ways of the cultural industry development. Dynamic factor of the cultural industrydevelopment, finding out the main dynamic and block factors and analyzing dynamicmechanism are more and more concerned by scholars. Through the research of the currentcultural industry’s dynamic mechanism at home and abroad, qualitative analysis is many morethan quantitative analysis. Basing on combing industrial agglomeration theories at home andabroad, the paper builds cultural industry’s dynamic mechanism model by using qualitativeanalysis, quantitative analysis and empirical analysis. The paper tries to build scientific theoryand proper empirical operational approach by analyzing cultural industry’s dynamicmechanism of Dalian.First of all, the paper combs related theories about industrial agglomeration and culturalindustry, then, the paper analyses related theories about this paper needed. Secondly, the paperconfirms a feasible index system about cultural industry agglomeration dynamic factors andbuilds the model of cultural industry agglomeration dynamic mechanism.Thirdly, taking Dalian city for example, the paper analyses superiorities and inferiors ofdevelopment of its cultural industry and development current situation. The paper gets theresult by using principal component analysis that the main dynamic factors of Dalian’scultural industry agglomeration are demanding condition, cultural resource condition, andcultural industry condition, but the promoting of related industry support, local governmentembeddedness, number of cultural and creative organizations is not enough. Finally, thepaper analyses cultural industry agglomeration dynamic mechanism of Dalian city and theexisting model of development, and proposes corresponding development countermeasure.
