This article studied the development context and trend of Chinese international education planning from the perspective of language planning.The language plan of a country usually included two parts for the domestic speech community and the international community.The part of China's language planning that faced the international community also included four levels: status,ontology,education,and prestige planning.Therefore,the study of contemporary Chinese international education planning from the perspective of language planning was actually a study of contemporary language planning for international communities."Education planning",including related prestige planning.The research was based on Kaplan and Baldoff's ecological model of language planning,combined with the need for Chinese planning research to form a basic research theoretical framework,which mainly included two sections: language education planning and prestige planning.Then,it was divided into formal planning and functional planning,and based on this analysis framework,a diachronic study of the development of Chinese international education planning was launched.The specific research path was to divided the development of Chinese international education planning since the founding of New China into four periods according to the language planning characteristics of different periods,namely:non-conscious planning period,preliminary conscious planning period,scientific comprehensive planning period and the "Belt and Road" Since the initiative,each period based on background analysis,comprehensively extract the main educational planning and prestige planning and planning activities,and further summarized the planning characteristics of this period through data and literature statistics and analysis;finally formed a contemporary the overall thinking of Chinese international education planning was to put forward suggestions for Chinese international education planning on the basis of analyzed the trends of Chinese international education planning and explored the existing problems in the planning system.The full text was divided into four parts.The specific contents were as follows:The first part was the introduction.This part included the research object and research background,research purpose and significance,research literature review,research ideas and methods.The second part was the main body of the article,included five chapters.The first chapter was the period of unconscious planning.The period was from1948 to 1982.The first was to analyzed and summarized the main planning background since the founding of the People's Republic of China to the beginning of reform and opening up;the second was to analyzed and sorted out the planning activities during this period.The second chapter preliminary planning periods.The period was 1983-2003.Based on the analysis based on the previous period,the background,main plans,norms and planning characteristics of the Chinese international education plan from 1983 to2003 were analyzed.The third chapter the period of comprehensive science.The period was from 2004 to 2012.It was to analyzed and organized the Chinese international education activities from the establishment of the Confucius Institute in 2004 to 2012.It also had three aspects: planning background,main planning and norms,and planning characteristics.The fourth chapter International Chinese Education Plan since the "Belt and Road Initiative".It was a comprehensive study of the development of Chinese international education planning after the "Belt and Road" initiative.It also analyzed and combs from the three aspects of planning background,main planning and norms and planning characteristics.The fifth chapter was mainly about the development of Chinese international education planning.It mainly included three aspects: analysis of the trend of Chinese international education planning,main existing problems of Chinese international education planning,and suggestions for the development of Chinese international education planning based on the language planning framework,formed three levels of thinking conclusions.The third part was the conclusion,a comprehensive summary of the content of this article,and pointed out the shortcomings and deficiencies of the existing research,as well as some studies that had not been discussed in time.
