Among the "post-70s" writers,Xu Zechen is undoubtedly a unique existence. He initially constructed his own literary world with three series of writings of "Beijing Drift","Hometown" and "Mystery." From the subject matter point of view,"Beijing Drift Series"(also known as "Beijing Series")focuses on experience and realism,"The "Hometown Series"(also known as the "Huajie Series")is about memory and imagination. The "Mystery Series" is a type of novel that he experimented and explored in the form of novels. This kind of novel belongs to "Beijing Drift" or"Hometown".Xu Zechen's writing is close to social reality, taking the individual's ordinary life as the footnote of the times, reflecting the spiritual signs of the development of the times.Throughout Xu Zechen's creation,he intervenes in real life with a head-up attitude, and thinks deeply about the survival and development of modern people in the process of urbanization in our country. On the one hand,it reveals new problems between people and urban-rural relations;on the other hand, the exploration of the complexity of urban development implies the positioning of an intellectual in the development of the times. The article is divided into three parts, with Xu Zechen's "Hometown Series","Beijing Drift Series" and other novels other than these two series as the research objects, with his writing on it reveals new problems between people and urban-rural relations as the entry point Interpretation of human existence, mental dilemma and way out.And then explore the new changes in literature reflected in the appearance of these novels, and Xu Zechen's daily writing reveals the writing dilemma of "70s" writers. Finally, analyze the novel's humanistic care and social significance. The firstpart of the paper describes people and urban-rural relations in the process of urbanization, reflecting the great changes of the times and the new contradictions between people and urban-rural relations in this process. The great changes that have taken place in the process of urbanization between cities and their hometowns(villages and towns)have had an important impact on the Chinese who "walk halfway" between urban and rural areas. The description of the survival predicament of the marginalized people in the "Beijing Drift Series" novels reflects an ancient and brand-new capital,Beijing, which is both urban and rustic. The "Hometown Series" novel observes the development status of hometown, examines the customs and culture of the hometown from the perspective of returning home, and reveals the "going away" of the hometown in a practical sense. The second part analyzes the difficulties and pains of modern people in the period of social transformation, starting from the three aspects of urban and rural spiritual drift, urban modernity lost, self search and return. The modern people between the urban and rural areas cannot live in the city and have to face the reality of losing their hometowns. The identity of the double outsider and the state of life on the road make this group of people the most helpless and awkward existence in the development of the times. In a situation where neither the city nor the hometown has a place to "stay in peace" and cannot be at ease, they try to reexamine and reflect on themselves through the spiritual "return to the hometown",so as to achieve redemption of the self or break through the spiritual dilemma. The third part analyzes Xu Zechen's writing posture from the perspective of changes in literary conditions and the "post-70s" writers, and then summarizes the deep meaning behind the people and urban-rural relations in the novel.Since the beginning of the new century,in the process of transition from rural China to urban China, the rise of urban civilization and the decline of rural civilization have led to new trends in the contemporary world.Compared with the "post-50s" writers who described the locals, the "post-70s" writers who were once "shaded" and now re-emerging turned to the city. They constructed an aesthetic related to daily narratives in their personalized writing. This timely writing method exposed the writing predicament of "post-70s" writers and brought new opportunities for theirwriting. As a "post-70s" writer,Xu Zechen has a conscious identity and intergenerational awareness,he has the difficulty of problem consciousness in urban and rural writing and the breadth of globalization vision, and has a clear understanding and reflection on the development of urbanization process.
