Since the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the strategy of Rural Vitalization was put forward,the social economy in ethnic minority areas has ushered in new development opportunities.Liannan is the hometown of Ba Pai Yao,a branch of the Yao,and also an important minority autonomous county in Guangdong Province.It has a superior natural ecological environment and distinctive ethnic culture.Relying on the ethnic cultural resources to vigorously develop cultural tourism industry and promote social and economic progress is an exploration of the development mode of Liannan in the implementation of Rural Vitalization.It is of great practical significance to study the development of ethnic cultural tourism in Liannan area,to break through the limits of its own regional development,to realize industrial upgrading and economic transformation,and to further consolidate the strategic goal of "establishing the county through ecology and culture" in the new era.This article is based on the theory of tourism anthropology,ethnology and sustainable development,following the research idea of "propose problems-analyze problems-solve problems",adopting literature analysis,field interviews,questionnaire surveys,comparative analysis,summary and other research methods,using RMP analysis mode to analyze and study the development of ethnic cultural tourism in Liannan area from the perspective of resources,markets and products.Among them,on the basis of field investigation and literature review,based on the classification standards of "Tourism Resources Classification,Investigation and Evaluation"(GB / T18972-2017),this article makes statistics,classification and evaluation on the ethnic cultural tourism resources in Liannan area,and systematically analyzes and combs the local tourism market and tourism products through questionnaire survey.The conclusions are as follows: First,Liannan's ethnic cultural tourism resources have prominent advantages and are abundant in total and have obvious Yao culture and Regional characteristics.Second,the tourist market in Liannan is dominated by local or provincial short-distance tourists,and the young people with stable income and well-educated is the main target group.Most of the travel forms are self-help tours accompanied by friends or families,and most of the travel time is within three days,with relatively strong interest in Liannan's ethnic culture;Third,the local culture Tourism products have initially formed a brand scale effect,but at the same time,there are still problems such as lack of quality tourism items,the lack of cultural connotation of tourism products,inaccurate market positioning,and excessive commercialization.Based on the above conclusions,combined with the background of the strategy of Rural Vitalization and the actual situation of Liannan,the general ideas and basic principles to be followed in the development of ethnic cultural tourism in Liannan area are summarized,and based on this,further development strategies and feasibilit y suggestions are proposed.
