Research On Fundraising And Relief Organizations In Northeast China

The Northeast charity organization was founded in the northeast of China in modern times.It existed from October 1928 to may 1930.The characteristics of the Northeast fund-raising society are that it is different from other charity organizations such as the Red Cross Society of China,and the political color behind it is strong.From establishment to development,from contraction to termination,the Northeast Charity Association was deeply influenced by the Fengxi group.The Northeast fund-raising society was founded by the Fengxi group headed by Zhang Xueliang.Zhang Xueliang was the president of the association,and the Northeast political celebrities participated in it.The purpose of the Northeast relief organization is to provide relief to the disaster areas of Zhilu and the three provinces in the East.As soon as the organization was founded,it concentrated its efforts on relief in Guannei,especially in Zhilu.As the scale of relief covers more than ten provinces both inside and outside the customs,the donation department group and other charity organizations greatly assisted the relief activities of the Northeast relief association.All the belongings needed by the Northeast relief organization for refugees are raised from Fengtian,Jilin,Heilongjiang,Rehe,Harbin and other provinces,and then the proceeds are distributed to the refugees for relief.On the eve of the Central Plains war,the Northeast relief association ended its business under the instruction of the Northeast authorities.This paper consists of five parts.The first part focuses on the political reasons for the establishment of the Northeast relief association.The second part studies the construction of the Northeast fund-raising society,including organization structure,system construction and personnel composition.In the third part,from the perspective of "fund-raising" and "relief",the author studies how the Northeast fund-raising society raises money,materials and how to relief refugees.The fourth part,from the perspective of interaction and cooperation,studies how the Northeast Charity Association,government departments and other charity organizations participate in the relief work together.The fifth part is the summary of the article,which concludes that there are four natures of the Northeast fund-raising society,so as to evaluate the Northeast fund-raising society.
