Study On The Problem Of Henan Refugees In Qianlong And Jiaqing Period Of Qing Dynasty

The problem of refugees has always been an unavoidable social problem in ancient China,which is also one of the important contents of the study of the basic problems of history.The reasons for the emergence of Henan refugees in the Qianlong and Jiaqing period are numerous and complicated.The two stagger intensified the poverty of the farmers,in order to find a line of life,had to choose to flow to the four directions.The emergence of the displaced people has brought a lot of influence to itself and the society.Therefore,this paper takes Henan refugees in the Qianlong and Jiaqing period as the research object,starting from the natural environment and social environment of Henan at that time,to explore the causes,flow direction,social impact and official response of Henan refugees.This paper consists of four parts:The first part is mainly from the historical materials to analyze the reasons for the emergence of Henan refugees,introduced the causes of its formation of natural factors and social factors.The second part mainly explores the flow direction of Henan refugees in the Qianlong and Jiaqing period,and analyzes the special regional flow direction and occupation flow direction of Henan refugees.The third part mainly discusses the social influence brought by Henan refugees in the Qianlong and Jiaqing period,and discusses the different influence of Henan refugees on the outflow and the inflow.The fourth part is mainly from the perspective of the Qing government to discuss the problems of the displaced people in Henan during the Qianlong and Jiaqing period,that is,to prevent the formation of the displaced people and control the flow of the displaced people.
