The Construction Of Township Comprehensive Cultural Station

The construction and development of the rural public cultural service system in western China is relatively slow.as an important part of the construction of rural public cultural service system,the construction of the township comprehensive cultural station is an important carrier to enrich the grass-roots people's spiritual and cultural life and guarantee the basic cultural rights and interests.This paper tries to explained the characteristics of rural public cultural services in western China,the development of the township comprehensive cultural station in western China.By comparing the eastern central and western China,summarizing the analysis of the excellent township comprehensive cultural station,taking the development of Y's township comprehensive cultural station as a case,using charts and data to analyze and draw conclusions.The analysis including operation management system,hardware facilities,talent team construction,service supply and funding profile.On this basis,this paper puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the township comprehensive cultural stations in western China from five aspects: rationalizing the management system,strengthening the internal construction,perfecting the talent team,optimizing the service supply,and ensuring the investment of funds.In order to improve the service efficiency and the utilization efficiency of resources of the township comprehensive cultural station in western China.
