Research On Construction And Adjustment Of Tongren Region Guizhou Province In Ming Dynasty

In the Ming Dynasty,due to the prominent value of the frontier defense in southwest China,especially Yunnan,Guizhou is established as a “channel”.In the eleventh year of Yongle(1413),Ming Chengzu sets up Tongren and Sitong on the basis of the abolition of Sinan and Sizhou Second Propaganda Department.Nan,Sizhou and other eight prefectures are under the Guizhou Chief Secretary.Tongren Prefecture is established due to the special geographical location of the Sichuan,Guizhou and Chu borders,the throat road of the Miao people,and rich mineral resources.Due to the special purpose at the time of establishment and the principle of "simplifying because of the bad",the problem of incomplete construction in Tongren Prefecture and even the entire Guizhou Province has always existed in the Ming Dynasty.In the face of growing seedling problems,Tongren House often seems to be incapable of facing the civil administration of the surrounding ethnic minorities.In the nineteenth year of Jiajing(1540),the governor Wan Born was ordered to conquer Miao rebellion in the three provinces of Sichuan,Guizhou and Chu.In the twenty-three years of Jiajing(1543),he set up a station in Tongren to guard Fumiao.Since then,a reshuffle of Tongren's lawsuit was established during Wanli years,on the one hand,it expanded the ruled area of ??Tongren in Tongren area,and on the other,made Tongren Fucheng and the mainland government unified in form and essence on the issue of Fuguo County.In terms of military and political adjustment,the establishment of Tongrenshen in Jiajing's twenty-four years(1544)began.Tongrenfu's military construction began to adjust to a higher level.By the 31 st year of Jiajing,Tongrenshen promoted Shi Bangxian to the Guizhou garrison general.It also restrained Huguang and Guangxi's neighboring military affairs,stayed in Tongren,and set a precedent for the general military officer in Tongren House.After that,the Guizhou garrison general officer alternated between the provincial capital and Tongren to become a custom.The repatriation of the Chief Military Officer of Guizhou in Tongren Prefecture is an important fact in the process of "making the same mainland" after the establishment of Guizhou Province.In the past,scholars have not dug deep enough.This article believes that the establishment not only strengthens the military strength of Tongren Prefecture,but also becomes a military town in the critical area of Sichuan,Guizhou and Chu;at the same time,it promotes the soundness of the civil affairs and military construction of Tongren Prefecture,and represents the construction of Guizhou Province and the inland provinces.The difference between the two countries has narrowed,and the process of making the same with the mainland has gone further.
