Research On The Measurement Of Industry-City Integration In Cultural Industry Parks And Promotion Countermeasures

With the development of global cultural industry and intensified competition between cities,cultural industrial parks,as an important carrier of urban renewal,bear the important task of cities from extensive development to high-quality development.In the context of urban cultural protection,cultural resources mining,creative atmosphere creation,The accumulation of creative elements has natural advantages and has become a spatial organization form favored by local governments in the connotative development of cities.However,cultural industrial parks are also facing a series of difficult problems and challenges that need to be solved urgently,such as a single functional structure,serious homogenization,low agglomeration,and separation of industry and city.Therefore,the concept of industry-city integration is introduced into the cultural industry park,and how to realize the integrated development of the industry and city through the cultural industry park and the city's benign interaction,thereby promoting the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry park,optimizing the allocation of urban public resources and shaping the characteristic The cultural image of the city is an important issue for the cultural industry park and the city to obtain differentiated competitive advantages under the current background of the rise of the creative economy.Based on this,this article is titled “Research on the Measurement of Industry-City Integration in Cultural Industry Parks and Promotion Countermeasures”,on the basis of defining concepts such as cultural industrial park and industry-city integration andcombing related theories.Follow the research idea of “the foundation of the integration of industry and city in the cultural industry park-the process of integration-the influencing factors of integration-the measurement of the integration of industry and city-the countermeasures for the improvement of industry-city integration”.Combined with the existing literature research and actual situation,build a cultural industry park industry-city integration measurement index system,and select Qujiang new district at the city level,and select ten typical cultural industry parks in Qujiang new district at the park level as cases.Collect relevant data through field exploration,personnel interviews,questionnaire surveys,etc.,use the entropy method and the coupling coordination model to conduct an empirical study on the industry-city integration measurement system of the cultural industry park,and finally put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The basis,process and influencing factors of the industry-city integration of cultural industry park.Based on the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,the growing demand for cultural consumption and the transformation of government's public service concept,this paper analyzes the function process of promoting “city” with “production”and “production”with “city” in the integration of industry and city in cultural industrial parks,and puts forward a cluster of factors that rely on the parent city for the integration of industry and city in the light of the theory of industrial cluster life cycle.This article discusses the influencing factors of the industrial-urban integration of the cultural industry park from two levels of industrial development and urban function construction,including five aspects:industrial development level,infrastructure construction,government management services,social and cultural environment and job-residential matching.(2)The construction of the measurement system of industry city integration of cultural industry park.From the two dimensions of industrial development level and urban function support level,seven secondary indicators and 24three-level indicator measurement systems are designed.Entropy method is used to weight the indicators,and coupling coordination degree model is introduced to measure the industrial and urban integration of ten cultural industrial parks in Qujiang new district.The results show that:the overall industrial and urban integration ofcultural industrial parks in Qujiang new district is in the middle water,and there are spatial differences.The level of industrial city integration in the northwest of Qujiang new district is high,the level of industrial city integration in the northeast is medium,and the level of industrial city integration in the southwest is low.The level of industrial city integration is positively correlated with the industrial development level of cultural industrial park.(3)Research on the countermeasures for the promotion of industry city integration of cultural industry park.From the government level and the park level,the paper analyzes the countermeasures to form a development pattern of cultural industrial park development,infrastructure construction and sharing,policy and system improvement,strong regional cultural atmosphere,and coordinated living and industry.
