An Empirical Study On The Integration Of Cultural Industry And Tourism Industry

As China's economic development enters a new normal period,the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure is imperative.The cultural industry and tourism industry,as a green sunrise industry and a strategic pillar industry,have provided new growth points for social and economic development.In 2009,the National Tourism Administration issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of the Combination of Culture and Tourism",clearly pointing out the necessity and inevitability of the development of the integration of cultural tourism.Anhui Province has rich tourism resources and profound cultural heritage.The provincial party committee and the provincial government regard the cultural industry and the tourism industry as two key industries that promote the prosperity and development of the tertiary industry in the province,and provide a large amount of capital investment and policies for the development and integration of the two industries.Support,creating a good development environment for industrial integration and development,both culture and tourism industries have been able to grow rapidly,but some unresolved issues still hinder industrial development,such as obvious income gap,imperfect infrastructure,lack of professional talent,The efficiency of investment and financing is low;this paper attempts to analyze and evaluate the development level and integration development of cultural industry and tourism industry in Anhui Province from the perspective of industrial integration theory,and more clearly understand the integration stage of the two major industries in the province.Guide the integration and development of cultural industry and tourism industry in Anhui Province.Based on the theory of industrial integration,this paper selects 20 secondary indicators of cultural industry and tourism industry in Anhui Province,constructs an index system for evaluating the development level of the two major industries,and then establishes the coupling model of the industry to cultural industries and tourism in Anhui Province.The integration of the industry is quantitatively measured,and the level of integration and development of the two major industries in the province is determined.Based on this,the path proposal for the future development of the cultural industry and tourism industry in Anhui Province is proposed.The main findings of this article are as follows:(1)Af ter entering the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan",the cultural industry and tourism industry in Anhui Province have maintained steady and sustained growth.According to the calculation results of the comprehensive evaluation function of the tourism industry,the overall development of the tourism industry in Anhui Province is rapid,and the level continues to rise,from 0.120142 in 2011 to 0.820188 in 2016,an increase of 582%.Compared with the development of tourism industry,the cultural industry of Anhui Province has also achieved good development.The comprehensive evaluation function of cultural industry shows that the value of cultural industry evaluation index has been equal to that of tourism industry,but the two industries are facing rapid development.The problem,the tourism industry as a whole,"Southern heat,moderate temperature and cold north"has not been broken.The lack of talents in the cultural industry and the efficiency of investment and financing still exist.The imbalance of industrial structure restricts the development of the two industries.(2)In the calculation of the correlation between the cultural industry and the development of tourism industry in Anhui Province,it was found that the economic value indicators such as cultural property added value,tourism foreign exchange,domestic income and tourist visits have a high degree of relevance to the integration of cultural tourism,and it is to maintain Anhui Province.The integration of cultural and travel development is of paramount importance;indicators with lower relevance,such as artistic performances and income,number of star-rated hotels and income,may become the future direction of the integration of cultural tourism in Anhui Province.(3)The integration of cultural industry and tourism industry in Anhui Province has been deepening,and the integration industry is in dire need of diversification.According to the coupling coordination degree model,the coupling degree of cultural industry and tourism industry in Anhui Province is growing at an average annual rate of nearly 13%.The integration situation gradually shifts from the imbalance to the primary coordination.The integration of Anhui cultural tourism is in a stable stage,still from the final stage of maturity.There is room for improvement,the degree of integration is relatively junior,and the mode of business is single,which is the main problem that restricts the deep integration of cultural industries and tourism industries in Anhui Province.(4)Facing the current situation of the integration of cultural and travel in Anhui Province,the author proposes the basic ideas of the integration of literary and travel development from the perspectives of concept integration,product design,business creation and service improvement.At the end of the paper,based on the problems found in the research process,some discussions and prospects are presented for some details and improvements.
