Some studies have shown that learning motivation plays an important role in learning.This study focuses on the empirical study of the learning motivation of the students with English learning difficulties in primary schools,in order to fully understand and master the characteristics of the learning motivation of the students with English learning difficulties and its influencing factors,so as to provide basis and reference for effective teaching.This study mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire and case interview.In this study,490 fifth and sixth grade primary school students in D City were randomly selected from the whole class to conduct an empirical survey,and a case interview was conducted.The results are as follows:(1)there are significant differences between the students with poor English learning in primary school and the students with excellent and medium-sized learning motivation in their interest,hobbies,personal development,self-awareness and other factors.However,there is self-achievement,which provides the possibility for the transformation of students with learning difficulties.(2)There are significant differences in attributional styles between the poor students in primary school and the excellent students and the middle students.Students with learning difficulties.(3)The study found that the primary school students with English learning difficulties are directly caused by the word problem,the basic reason is lack of motivation and motivation;lack of pressure,anyway,it doesn't matter if they can't learn well;lack of perseverance,it's easy to give up if they can't work hard for a while.On the basis of the full discussion of the research results,this study puts forward the transformation strategies for the students with English learning difficulties in primary schools,which mainly include:(1)at the individual level of the students with English learning difficulties in primary schools,they try to stimulate their English learning by stimulating their learning interest and motivation to improve their English learning motivation.(2)At the teacher level,we should strive to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,so as to stimulate the innerenthusiasm of students with English learning difficulties.(3)At the family level,parents should give care to children with English learning difficulties,respect their children's growth laws and characteristics,and strive to promote their children's transformation from passive learning to active learning.
