As social inclusiveness becomes stronger and stronger,a unisex culture has gradually become a hot spot.This culture has broken the gender stereotype and weakened the user 's gender opposition.User types and their needs.With the arrival of the offline traditional store in the experience economy era,the transformation requirements and opportunities for service and experience upgrade innovation are also imminent.This means that while the unisex culture as a hot spot meets the needs of specific target groups,it also needs to obtain corresponding service transformation to meet the new experience needs.Aiming at the research of this topic,the opening chapter summarizes and summarizes the development trend of unisex culture and service design and the current status of domestic knowledge services.Through the analysis and research of service design theory under the experience economy,the method of dividing and constructing the user needs of the target group that pays attention to the unisex culture is explored.Investigate the shopping process and experience to find out the opportunity points and design directions that need to be paid attention to in the experience based store service design based on the unisex culture under the current social situation.After obtaining the basic guidance,deconstruct and reorganize the traditional offline store service process,summarize and optimize the elements of each stage in the service process,and then conduct an in depth analysis of the design elements of each stage of the experience based store service based on a unisex culture.The ideal design cuts into the perspective.This topic proposes two types of user portraits for the experience based store service design based on a unisex culture.The target users include primary role loyal follower users,secondary role comparison and selection users,and edge role hunting users.Corresponding service design strategies are proposed in stages,and different service strategies and service blueprints are designed for different users.In order toshape the online scene construction based on the integration of online and offline integration,the unisex experience type offline store needs to be oriented towards breaking the gender stereotyped shackles to meet the basic shopping needs,and the scene interactive experience needs as the core,highlighting customized services create a unisex cultural experience store service system,and further proposes the establishment of fixed scenarios oriented to activate user relationships.For online services,this research provides the interactive design direction of the mall plus community model.Finally,combined with theoretical and practical research,a more complete experience-based service design plan based on unisex culture with a certain practical value is proposed,so that a unisex culture combined with the experience economy can produce a more generalized social value.
