Lyu De’an has relatively low-key behaviors among the "third generation" poetry,which is directly related to his indifferent nature.From the late 1970 s to the new century,Lyu De’an maintained a well momentum of creative working and wrote more than 300 poems.His poetry is based on his personal life experience integrating various poetic practice,which mainly including the perception of life and retrospect of homeland as well as the spiritual reflection from the society.Having been influenced by both Lorca’s poems and Chinese ballads,Lyu De’an explored a way of ballads and songs,which set him differ from others with his comfortable rhythm and nonchalant style,in his early creation.After going abroad in the 1990 s,the overall style of Lyu De’an’s poems had extended inward and revealed a frosty and lonely aesthetic temperament.Meanwhile,despite creating short poems,he started long poems writing.In the face of the chaos of modern cities,Lyu De’an prefers the simple and natural rural life.After returned to China,he built a realistic "homeland" in the mountains and found his spiritual belonging.Lyu De’an’s continuous exploration of poetry indicateshis vigorous vitality of poems.Also,his poetic talent and attitude towards writing provide the contemporary poetrywith valuable experience and enlightenment.This paper attempts to discuss the unique value of Lyu De’an’s poems in terms of the following aspects: the track of creation,the ideological theme of poems,the sources of poetics and his aesthetic temperament as well as the method of artistic construction.
