Teacher's classroom teaching language is the language used by teachers in classroom Settings.In classroom teaching,the teachers make connections with students through the teaching language.teaching language is the necessary tools and means for teachers which is used for pass knowledge to students and developing students' ability and cultivating students' moral character.teachers' classroom teaching language ability is the important condition to effective teachers' classroom teaching.The purpose of Junior middle school English classroom teaching is the teaching for junior middle school students learning English language.Teachers' classroom teaching language has the exemplary role of students,the quality and level of classroom teaching makes directly affect on the quality and level of the students.Junior middle school is the basic period and key stage for students' English language learning,which puts forward higher requirements for English teachers' classroom teaching language ability in junior school.However,there are still many problems in reality junior middle school English classroom teaching,which makes the junior middle school English classroom teaching ineffective.Therefore,the teaching theory research must face reality problems,according to the characteristics of the junior middle school English classroom teaching,deepening the research on teachers' classroom teaching language,provide theoretical guidance to solve the problems in the practice of junior middle school English classroom teaching.In this paper,the author sort out the existing teachers' classroom teaching language research data and analysis the data,and inspect focusing on classroom teaching language conceptual understanding,characteristic analysis,classification,theory basis and policy aspects and construction strategy,framed the questionnaire use for reference of previous research,surveyed on junior middle school English teachers' classroom teaching language in quantity,quality,type,language and language structure,found that in real teacher's teaching in junior middle school English classroom teaching language mainly exist the following problems: Some English teachers have weak language awareness;Some teachers have no necessary leading-in in classroom teaching;Some teachers have too much language,some teachers talk too fast,and students can't hear clearly.Some teachers intonation do not meet the requirements of norms.Some teachers even have errors in grammar or words in the classroom teaching language.Most teachers' evaluation is too simple and there is no incentive.Some teachers can't use bodylanguage effectively;Some teachers have no summarize,and so on,which leads to poor teaching effect in junior middle school English classes.According to the above problems,this paper puts forward three aspects to improve the effective strategy of the junior middle school English teachers' classroom teaching language: first,the pre-service preparation strategy,mainly means a normal colleges as a unit that trains teachers should have related theory and practice lessons,which can lay a good foundation of the language of instruction;Second,the secondary support strategy,that is,education departments and schools should provide training for teachers to strengthen the supervision of teachers' classroom teaching language usage,evaluation and examination,to improve the level of teachers' classroom teaching language.The third is teachers as the main classroom teaching language used subject,can improve teaching language literacy from the following aspects: first,to strengthen the consciousness of teaching language and fully recognize the significance of teaching language in improve the teaching effect;Second,to improve the teaching language use reflection ability,always make a self-inspection for their teaching language usage,found in the speed,volume,tone and language teaching in the process of using the import,evaluation,and summarizes the problems existing in the language,and make a correction in time;At the same time,teachers should be good at understanding the students' expectations of teaching language,correcting the deficiencies of teaching language,and providing effective of teaching language.
