Ethical Issues Of Cyborg Technology And Its Countermeasures

Cyborg refers to a human-machine hybrid that implants mechanical devices in the human body or replaces the main organs and parts of the human body with mechanical devices.As a long-lasting science fiction concept,cyborg has quietly entered the real world.Its influence on human beings is different from traditional science and technology.It will bring a subversive revolution to both human beings and human society.However,the current academic research on cyborg mainly focuses on the category of humanistic ethics,and there are few research results in the field of technical ethics.Although the concept of cyborg has been born for more than half a century,its technology has only made great progress in the last decade.Like any new technology,cyborg technology will not benefit everything.It will bring convenience and happiness to human beings,and it will bring many ethical issues that cannot be ignored.The testing and future application of cyborg technology involves ethical issues such as security issues,privacy issues,and social justice,Only by reasoning and judging it reasonably,can we propose an ethical countermeasure to solve the problem rationally and promote the cyborg technology to better benefit humanity.This thesis mainly summarizes the three types of ethical issues,such as security issues,privacy issues,and social justice issues.First of all,the security issues of cyborg technology will be the main risks faced by users in the future,including human body rejection,hacking and cyborg equipment intelligence.The intelligent problem is based on the prediction of the development of artificial intelligence technology and the convergence trend of cyborg implanted devices in the future.At that time,people will inevitably face the ethical problems caused by intelligent implanted devices.Secondly,cyborg technology has a unique "advantage" in accessing private information,and its concealment and real-time will bring new challenges to privacy protection issues.Finally,the enhanced utility of cyborg technology in the human body is likely to cause social injustice,and may even create a new social underlying.There is also a practical application dilemma in maintaining social equity.Although the cyborg era has not yet fully arrived,the issue of social justice has not really emerged,but we still need to prevent it before it happens.After proposing the ethical issues of cyborg technology,this paper combines its practical application with utilitarianism,obligation theory and ethics theory as the starting point to conduct an ethical analysis of ethical issues of cyborg technology.Finally,on the basis of ethical analysis,the author puts forward the ethical regulation countermeasures for the above problems,that is,adheres to the ethical principles of the development of cyborg technology;establishes a sound ethical review and evaluation system;builds the ethical responsibility system of the cyborg technical community;The specific path of Borg’s technical ethics regulation.
