The Research Of Peter.S.Wenz's Environmental Justice

With the development of modern society,in the prosess of exploiting and ungtilizing evvironmental resource,people often take the action of wanton sdploitation and destroying environmental resources at will.Because of the lack of effective restrictions on the human beliavior of exploiting and utilizing evvironmental resournces,at the same time.human beings lack the ability to acvance to the evironment after utilizing environmental rebources by themselves.The rational understanding of cleanliness leads to the destruction of the earth's environmental resources.From the point of view of the earth ecosystem,the whole earth ecosystem is the home for human survival.Human beings can not exist independently of the earth ecosystem.With the vigorous development and wanton use of environmental resources,the environment of human existence has been in danger.Based on the above background,Peter.S.Wenz,an environmuental scientist and philosopher from the United States,put fonvard the Theory of Environmental Justice.By publishing relevvant theories and academic contents,he attracted great attention of Western society,thus arousing people's rational recognition of enironmental justice.Mr Wenz puts forward the famous concentric circle theory.Based on the theory and method of modern system,he discussed the principles and requirements of environmental justice to maintain the harmonious coexistence of mail and nature.This paper mainly includes three parts:In the first part,the reasons for Mr Winz's theory of environmental justice are analyzed.including Mr Winz's detailed interpretation of the tragedy of the commons,and Mr Winz's detailed discussion of the causes of environmental justice,including the relativre scarcity of einironmental resources,the level of personal moral accomplishment,and the social system.Problems esisting in the arrangement and design period,etc.The second part analyses the essence of Mr Winz's Stheory of environmental justice,including Mr Winz's detaile exposition of distributive justice,Winz's evaluation of the existing theory of distributive justice,and Mr Winz's theoretical analysis of the essence of environmental justice.Next,this papere laborates the concentric circle theory proposed by Mr Winz in detail,including the specific content of the concentric circle theory,the value orientation of the concentric circle theory,and the practical application of the concentric circle theory in society.The third part makes a comprehensive evaluation of the theory of environmental justice proposed by Mr Winz,which involves the positive effects of the theory of environmental justice on social development,such as its theoretical value and application value,as well as the defects and shortcomings of the theory of environmental justice.It is hoped that through the research and analysis of this paper,we can have a deeper and comprehensive understanding of the theoretical origin,content,context and imperfections of the theory of environmental justice proposed by Mr Winz,thus providing an effective solution to the problem of environmental resource allocation prevalent in the current society.
