In September 1945,Northwest Industrial Corporation was accepted by Yan Xishan Group.Northwest Industrial Corporation continued to implement the rules and regulations of the company before the War of Resistance during the initial period of acceptance.The employee salary management system is one of the core systems of the company's stable operation.Before the war,the company established a skill compensation system,which is based on the employee's technical level to divide the employee's basic salary level.The company's employee compensation mainly includes basic compensation,auxiliary compensation and various benefits.After the company's acceptance work was completed,in order to adapt to Yan Xishan's "army-agriculture" policy,the company readjusted the employee salary regulations,classified the factory,staffed the staff,divided the employee service mode according to the factory category,and formulated the corresponding salary standard.After the completion of the company's acceptance,the focus of the company's employee salary management has shifted.During the rectification,the company built a large number of welfare facilities,set up various welfare institutions,strengthened the construction of employee welfare,and encouraged employees to invent and create to mobilize employees.Enthusiasm for production.This salary management model has some advanced features,but the company's salary system has undergone a qualitative change with the outbreak of the civil war.The company has a shortage of funds and materials.In order to save materials and ensure production,the company coaxed employees through layoffs,change of wage settlement and other methods.The company's welfare agency was originally intended to be convenient for the people but ultimately became a tool for aggregating employees with only wealth.In the civil war environment,Yan Xsan's exploitation and oppression has become more serious.In addition,prices have skyrocketed.The advanced nature of the Northwest Industrial Corporation's employee compensation system has not played a positive role and has even become a tool for oppressing factory employees to a certain extent.As a result,the salary level of employees has continued to decline.Has a direct impact on the lives of employees.
