Research On The Artistic Personality Of Feng Zikai

Feng Zikai is a versatile artist.His works have displayed his unique personal charisma in different periods and under different scenarios.This thesis takes the artistic personality of Feng Zikai as the research objective,actively explores the connotations and features of his artistic personality based on the illustration of the concept “artistic personality”,and explains the reasons for the formation of his artistic personality in accordance with culturology and sociology.The thesis takes relevant theories on psychology as the basis,adopts the research method of philology,systematically analyzes and discusses the artistic personality of Feng Zikai,tries to interpret the versatility and diversity of his artistic personality,and presents the three-dimensional and comprehensive artistic personality of Feng Zikai.Owing to the ambiguity and uncertainty in the research on artistic personality in the academic community,the thesis firstly differentiates artistic personality from the perspective of personality concept and clarifies its definition,connotations,and features.On this basis,the thesis deeply analyzes the artistic personality of Feng Zikai from the three perspectives of“lightness”,“truthfulness”,and “sincerity”.Among them,“lightness” in the artistic personality of Feng Zikai is shown in the expression means and artistic styles of Feng Zikai’s artworks and is specifically illustrated from the three aspects of “inner peace”,“unconventional attitude”,and “the pleasant feelings after pursuing absolute freedom”.“Truthfulness” takes utter innocence as the starting point and is studied from the three aspects of “innocence”,“naivety” and “frankness”.“Sincerity” starts from the connotations of Confucianism and is explained from the three aspects of “honesty”,“being warm and sincere”,and “harmony between men and nature”.Then,the thesis probes into the reasons for the formation of artistic personality of Feng Zikai from the three perspectives of impregnation of basic personality of the society,guidance by self-consciousness,and perfusion from deep self of life.Through research,the thesis points out that the artistic personality of Feng Zikai is presented on multiple levels and from multiple perspectives,runs through its artistic styles and realm,and has internal consistency with personality cultivation and life realm.The research content of the thesis is quite original because it not only provides a new perspective on the research on the art of Feng Zikai,but also offers special inspirations on the cultivation of artistic personality for artists and the evaluation means of artworks.The thesispoints out the important role of scholarly attainment and life experience in the construction of artists’ artistic personality and explores the importance of artists’ artistic personality.
