With the development of society and the improvement of people’s living standards,the pursuit of spiritual and cultural aspects is also growing day by day,which has given birth to the vigorous development of various art training institutions.As an important branch of art training,dance training is also developing with favorable growth.At the same time,due to the low barriers to entry,homogenization competition is also serious.Therefore,how to win more customers to gain competitive advantage,it is necessary for institutions to be able to do a good job in accurate positioning and implement effective marketing strategies,which is also the significance of this article.Taking HY dance studio as an example,this paper introduces the background of the studio,and then analyzes the macro environment of economy and culture and the industry environment of the dance industry in Suzhou,the city where the studio is located.Through the analysis of population structure,economic income,education level,time and space operation mode and market survey of competitors,the market position of the studio is obtained,and the market is subdivided and the target customer group is targeted.Then combined with 4P theory,design the product strategy,price strategy,promotion strategy and channel strategy suitable for the studio.The studio is my real business,which has a strong practical significance.I hope that it can bring profits and sustainable development to the studio through analysis and practice.At the same time,I hope that this systematic approach of introducing marketing concept into training institutions can provide some reference for peers.
