Intangible cultural heritage TV shows are a new form of TV art that has emerged in recent years. The intangible heritage is the epitome of the development of human history and the essence of the traditional cultural resources of the Chinese nation. The oral tradition of intangible heritage requires that the intangible heritage culture must be lively and inherited in the new era.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the requirement to adhere to the core value system of socialism, tell Chinese stories well, and provide spiritual guidance for the people has made television media the main force for non-hereditary transmission.Based on the theory of mass communication, this article studies the development status of non-heritage television programs. It focuses on the current status of the dissemination of non-heritage television programs in the past ten years, and fashions the four aspects of program content, form, production technology, and publicity.In-depth comprehensive research on communication, through fashionable communication,is conducive to fostering the atmosphere of non-heritage communication, and at the same time can help modernize the transformation of traditional media. It is concluded that in order for non-heritage TV programs to gain public recognition,it must be based on the audience, respect the cultural heritage and diversity of intangible heritage, innovate TV program forms, expand the channels for program communication and marketing, and ingeniously integrate fashion elements in every link.Only when the traditional intangible heritage re-approves the popular fashion outerwear,to achieve the collision between traditional culture and popular fashion elements, while enhancing the audience's audio-visual enjoyment, can we maintain the lasting vitality of non-legacy TV programs.Figure 24,table 10,51 references.
