In August 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on Paying Attention to the Implementation of the Spirit of the National Conference of Undergraduate Education in the New Era"(Jiaogaohan [2018] No.8),and proposed that "all colleges and universities must comprehensively organize the teaching of each course content,eliminate 'poor quality courses',create 'golden courses',reasonably raise challenges of graduation,increase difficulty of course,expand depth of course,and effectively improve the quality of course teaching".In order to implement the "high-level,innovation and challenging",this article based on the open online courses constructs a blended "golden courses" teaching mode online and offline,and insists on the eatablishment of moral value and the cultivation of talent as a fundamental task in education.Based on constructivist learning theory,mastery learning theory,blended learning theory,and humanistic learning theory,this research comprehensively applies the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,classroom observation method,and action research method to build an online and offline blended "golden courses" teaching model.In order to make the research more scientific and authentic,the author takes the course of "Digital Video Directing and Producing" in a university in Hebei as an example,and conducts teaching research based on the chaoxing online course platform.This paper first systematically introduces the research background,research significance,the domestic and foreign research status,research content and research methods,and also defines related concepts of open online courses," golden courses ",online and offline blended "golden courses",and elaborateds the theoretical basis.Secondly,the author implements blended learning and online and offline blended "golden courses" basic situation survey.Through the questionnaire survey,author learns about the online platform selection of learners,the learning of online courses for learners,the development of online and offline blended learning in H school,and the basic situation of "golden courses" in H school.Thirdly,author designs the online and offline blended "golden courses" and constructs the online and offline blended "golden courses" teaching mode,all of which take students as the main body,and try to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and participation of students.Also the online and offline blended "golden courses" teaching mode is flexibly applied to the first-line teaching site,tracking the teaching implementation process,and analyzing and reflecting on the learning effect of the students.Finally,the innovation and shortcomings of this study are expounded,and at the same time,the future development of online and offline blended "golden courses" is prospected.Through this teaching application research,the author concluded the following conclusions: online and offline blended "golden courses" based on open online courses can help improve learners' enthusiasm for learning and classroom participation,and promote interaction between teachers and students,it can also help cultivate students' independent learning and inquiry ability,collaboration and communication ability,innovation ability and problem-solving ability.
