An Analysis Of The Performance Of The First Movement Of The Third Piano Concerto By Kabalevsky

Kabalevsky is an outstanding pianist,composer,music activist and music educator in the former Soviet Union.Most of his works are based on the image of young people,describing real life,with Russian national characteristics,full of strong youth and bright colors,strong lyricism.This paper takes the first movement of Kabalevsky’s most famous piano Concerto No.3(also known as "Youth Piano Concerto")as the research object,and analyzes it from four aspects: firstly,a brief introduction to Kabalevsky’s life and the background of his Concerto creation;secondly,the harmony,form,dance,singing and March of the first movement are analyzed The theme of the same style;then through my own performance and learning,the author analyzes how to embody the emotion through strength,the contrast of different speeds,and the treatment of continuous skipping in performance skills,and also compares the performance versions of different performers;finally,the author summarizes the education concept embodied by the composer through this concerto,and combines the teaching methods of the tutor,and concludes that I hope I can apply my summary and experience to my teaching life in the future.For the consideration of the performance ability of the special group of teenagers,even if there is no high-difficulty dazzle skill paragraph,the catchy melody has also been loved by the audience of all ages.In addition,the composer uses the form of Concerto rather than solo,so the genre is very novel.Throughout the history of piano art,a large number of excellent music works,can achieve this height of work is very rare,is a good work worth studying.
