After the Opium War,the traditional agricultural society was gradually destroyed.China began the modernization process of transition to modern society. The southeast coast was the earliest region to start the modernization process.Since the Inner Mongolia region is far from the northern frontier, the Qing government's ban on Mongolia cut off the connection between the Inner Mongolia region and the inland region, and the development of the Inner Mongolia region has lagged behind the coastal and inland regions for a long time.It was not until the Qing government implemented a new policy in the early 20 th century that the process of modernization in Inner Mongolia was able to start. The New Deal at the end of the Qing Dynasty was an important content in the study of the basic issues of Chinese modern history, and was an aspect that could not be ignored when studying the history of the late Qing Dynasty and the process of modernization in China. With the theme of the New Deal of the Mongolian Duke in the late Qing Dynasty as the theme, the perspective of the study of the New Deal in the late Qing Dynasty was transferred from the central government of the Qing Dynasty to the Mongolian Duke in Inner Mongolia. The Qing government emulated the Mongolian flag system in the Inner Mongolia region after the Manchu flag system. The Mongolian prince was the administrator of the Inner Mongolia region.During the New Deal period in the late Qing Dynasty, the Mongolian princes actively responded to various new political directives of the Qing Dynasty central government, combined with the reality of Montenegro and their own New Deal ideas, and implemented the New Deal in Inner Mongolia, which promoted the modernization process in Inner Mongolia.Summarize and analyze the historical background of the new policy of the Mongolian prince in the late Qing Dynasty, and at the same time give a detailed interpretation of the claims and measures of the new policy of the prince in the late Qing Dynasty.Thenew policies implemented by Wang Gong in education, economy, military, etc.,to explore the impact of these new policies on the modernization process in Inner Mongolia are the basic research ideas and structural framework of this article. After mankind entered the modern society, modernization has become the main trend of the development of the times and an inevitable trend of human society's progress. In the context of the New Deal in the late Qing Dynasty, the Mongolian princes in Inner Mongolia can follow the historical trend and promote social development in Inner Mongolia.Although these New Deals died or failed, they were still valuable attempts. The bankruptcy of the new policy of the Mongolian prince in the late Qing Dynasty shows that the Mongolian prince seeks prosperity and seeks for the progress and development of the alliance flag under his jurisdiction. It further proves that only the people of all ethnic groups in Inner Mongolia and even the people of the whole country are closely united under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and through the new democratic revolution, they can complete the historical tasks of modern Inner Mongolia, such as national independence, prosperity of the country, and prosperity of the people.
