Evaluation And Analysis Of Cultural Industry Efficiency In Jiangxi Province

With the sustained and rapid development of China's economy,the proportion of the cultural industry in China's national economy is also increasing,and its role in driving China's economic development is greater.To further develop the contribution of the cultural industry to economic growth,more attention needs to be paid to research and the improvement of the efficiency of the cultural industry,and more attention needs to be paid to the evaluation of the efficiency of the cultural industry.Because how to effectively allocate cultural resources,how to effectively explore the superior resources of the cultural industry,how to improve the input and output efficiency of the cultural industry,etc.,not only affect the healthy and high-quality development of the cultural industry,but also affect the sustainable and high-quality development of the regional economy.Examining the efficiency of the cultural industry has high research significance and value.Jiangxi Province has very rich cultural resources and profound cultural heritage.It actively responds to the national strategy for a strong country in culture,formulates a strategy for strengthening the province in a timely manner,increases fiscal expenditure and policy support for the cultural industry year by year,and gradually develops the cultural industry into a national economy.Pillar industries.It is urgent to provide relevant theoretical guidance.However,existing studies mainly analyze the cultural industry at the national or regional level,and rarely involve more micro-level and more targeted studies,such as the research on the cultural industry efficiency of provincial or prefecture-level cities.Therefore,the topic selection in this article has certain practical significance.This article takes the efficiency issues of the cultural industri es in the 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province as research objects,sorts out relevant literature on cultural industry and cultu ral industry efficiency evaluation,and analyzes the current status o f cultural industries and efficiency in Jiangxi Province.Then,based on the panel indicator data of the cultural industry input / outputof 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province from 2014 to 2019,the static DEA-BCC model and the dynamic Malmquist index method were used to quantitatively evaluate the efficiency of Jiangxi's cultural industry and develop a theory.Based on the analysis of the empirical results,the existing problems are found,and the countermeasures an d suggestions to improve the efficiency of the cultural industry in J iangxi Province are demonstrated based on this.This paper points out that the cultural industry efficiency level of Jiangxi Province's pr efecture-level cities is relatively good,but the development is unst able,there are large differences between prefecture-level cities,an d there are fluctuations in decreasing scale efficiency in different prefecture-level cities in different years,indicating that there are uneven resources and Waste situation.At the same time,from 2014 to2019,with the decline in technological efficiency,the total factor production efficiency of Jiangxi's prefecture-level cities also decl ined.Therefore,all parts of Jiangxi should adjust the methods and m odes of human and material input to the cultural industry,optimize t he local government's decision-making model,prevent excessive waste of resources and cause a large amount of waste,and continue to tap a nd stimulate the potential cultural and entertainment consumer demand in the cultural market.
