On April 1,2017,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued a notice deciding to establish the Xiongan New District in Hebei,which is positioned as a second-class city with high-end planning and is committed to creating "Xiongan Quality".Xiongan New District is located in Baoding City,Hebei Province,China,and is located in the hinterland of Beijing,Tianjin and Baoding.The planning scope covers three small counties including Xiong County,Rongcheng and Anxin in Hebei Province and some surrounding areas.The geographical position is superior and the transportation is convenient.And 3 counties have a long history,simple folk customs,and have excellent traditional culture.The ecological environment is excellent,the resource and environmental carrying capacity is strong,the existing development degree is low,and the development space is ample.All these are the rich heritage and precious resources for the new development of the Xiongan New District today.Education as the backing of social and economic development is one of the main tasks for the construction of the Xiongan New District.This thesis takes history as a mirror and ancient as the present.It excavates and sorts out the activities of the Xiongan School in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,inspiring us to generate new ideas for the construction of academic platforms and academic activities Thinking.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,Xiongan schools formed a complete education system from the central to the local,and trained a large number of outstanding talents.On the basis of consulting the literature,the author uses the historical research method,mathematical statistics method and literature method research perspective,and strives to achieve multiple understanding and in-depth understanding.Therefore,this paper analyzes the development process of the Xiongan School in the Ming and Qing Dynasties in detail,which mainly includes:The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter mainly discusses the historical background of the rise of Xiongan school in the Ming and Qing dynasties.It mainly includes the enactment of cultural and educational policies,changes in social ideology and culture,and the traction of the school's educational activities.The third chapter mainly discusses the establishment and teaching management of social studies,philanthropy,and private schools in Xiongan in the Ming and Qing dynasties.Through a comparative analysis,it is concluded that the area is dominated by local government officials and has extensive participation of social forces.School-based,mainly in free school in the Qing Dynasty;the site environment is mostly concentrated in secluded places or literati communication centers.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the development of academies in this period,and analyzes the establishment of the academies of Xiongan in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.At the same time,the teaching and management of Xiongan College were discussed in detail.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the evolution track and establishment of the Xiongan Confucianism in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.At the same time,it analyzes all aspects of educational activities such as the school's school objectives,teaching content,examination system,selection and management of students,teacher establishment and funding sources.The sixth chapter mainly discusses the regional development value of the Xiongan School in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The school cultivates a large number of management talents,cultivates talents from all walks of life,improves the Xiongan social customs,and enhances the schooling sentiment of scholars,reflecting the prosperity of local schools..
